Negotiated over text message in a very professional, fair, and responsive manor allowing me to trade in my existing vehicle at a fair value for a CPO Escalade. Much thanks to Jailyn and the service techs. tor keeping my cars running in great shape. I had a noisy problem caused by a broken undercarriage support strap which they quickly replaced. The vehicle is now as good as new.
