2020 Cadillac XT5 review
I purchased the 2020 Cadillac XT5 midsize crossover based on the stylish looks, comfortable ride and optional V6 engine which takes regular gas. The panoramic sunroof, electronic precision shifter and interior design adds to the overall driving experience. The ride is good, but there is more road noise than expected probably due to no under carriage engine shield which makes the cabin not as isolated as it could be. Also there should be as standard equipment a rear mirror camera due to poor visibility. It appears many used Cadillac XT5 have some minor rear damage when checking the Carfax report.

2023 Cadillac XT5 review
This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

my wife and I were looking for an MDX, had been looking several weeks, when we recently stopped by Jerry Hunt Auto...we were assigned to salesman, Axel Camargo, who was friendly, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about the car we desired. I had made the mistake of scheduling a service appointment at the Salisbury dealership but my appointment was at the Lexington dealership what a blessing it was they waited on me which they didn’t have to so glad they did they saw something the needed attention and took care of it I could go on and on but I want just saying they treated me better than I expected I will drive further to go there even if the other ones are closer

Excellent handling, very maneuverable, very tight turning radius, decent fuel economy, great infotainment system and navigation, great paint job, very comfortable seats. Very satisfied with my XT5.

The salespeople were nice and helpful, but the car had issues immediately after leaving the lot. To their credit, they offered to have it fixed, no questions asked. One of the salespeople was even kind enough to drive me an hour home and tow the car.
2020 Cadillac XT5 review
Just a very good, reliable, solid, powerful, and nicely styled vehicle. A little small on cargo, and electronics are OK, but not up with current trims with other companies. Have some Update error on downloads, but that's about it...15,000miles, still like new.

2020 Cadillac XT5 review
Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.
