2021 Cadillac XT5 review
Road noise is loud, Water leak in front passenger side during heavy rain or car wash. Engine noise that the tech can’t locate. The XT 5 is a very nice size SUV. For a high end vehicle the warranty should be better in length and milage..

2017 Cadillac XT5 review
Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

2024 Cadillac XT5 review
3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

2018 Cadillac XT5 review
We own two XT 5’s 2017 AWD and 2018 FWD. I can not recommend these vehicles more highly. Eight years with the 2017 and no major issues at all. Regular oil changes and have been diligent with manufacturing recommended services. The vehicle is comfortable, reliable and I am keeping it to the end. 78,500 miles by the way. The 2018 is 6 months old with me. I purchased it with 18,000 miles. Just finished having all fluids flushed, plugs changed out and some high quality tires on it, and look for to owning it for the long haul. I am very impressed with these vehicles. They feel solid in inclimate weather, handle exceptionally well and the fit and feel are top notch!

The Sales Manager Jon Butterworth made my entire car buying process happen in less than a half hour over the phone. I bought my vehicle from Shaver completely sight-unseen and never even stepped foot in the building. This was by far the easiest, no hassle buying process I've ever experienced from anywhere, let alone a car dealership. I've put more time and effort into buying a pair of pants than I did buying my car. I asked Jon for a good deal and he gave me a good deal. No back and forth, no smoke and mirrors, no confusion whatsoever. He kept me updated every step of the way, over-nighted my keys directly to my house and even made sure to call me to follow up after my transport driver dropped the car off to me. 2023 Cadillac XT5 review
This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

Bought car after lease expired. car is really reliable. No major problems. 1 drawback is not great gas mileage. 3.6 engine is very responsive. Overall good reliable car.

I was looking to replace my Saturn but had no idea what type of vehicle I wanted. I dread car lots, pushy sales staff and haggling on price. CarMax is different and a joy to work with. After checking out over a dozen different makes, models and features on their lot, I zeroed in on a 2015 Subaru CrossTrek. My brother checked the mechanics and after test driving we both felt this vehicle was a perfect fit for me. CarMax is unique. There is no pressure in purchasing. 2019 Cadillac XT5 review
The XT5 is a great car that is quick, comfortable, fun to drive and it stands out from a crowded suv market. There is very little I would change. I like the 310 hp V6, 8 speed transmission and the brakes are smooth while performing quick stops very well. I do not care for the run / stop feature on the XT5 or any car for that matter. The fit and finish were impressive as well.

2018 Cadillac XT5 review
Previously I had a GM Blazer that was the worst car I’ve ever hard. So I was afraid to buy another GM car. But this 2018 XT5 should be on some kind of special 10 out of 10 list. I found this car on a Cadillac dealer’s lot with only 700 miles on it. I guess I got lucky because in 8 years I had a small AC issue and nothing else! It handles incredibly and never seems to have any issues! I can only hope it continues for another 8 years. It is great!

I’ve owned 8 vehicles in my lifetime and have driven about 30 different cars, and I can confidently say the 2018 Cadillac XT5 is literally the best-handling car I’ve ever driven. Cadillac has truly mastered the balance between performance, comfort, and luxury with this model. Driving Experience: The handling is exceptional—smooth, responsive, and surprisingly agile for a midsize SUV. Whether on city streets, highways, or winding roads, the XT5 stays composed and feels incredibly secure. The suspension does an excellent job of absorbing bumps while maintaining a sporty, controlled ride. Interior & Comfort: The interior design is second to none. The XT5's cabin is on par with any top luxury brand I’ve encountered. Premium materials like leather seating, soft-touch surfaces, and tasteful accents create a space that feels both stylish and sophisticated. The seats are extremely comfortable, even on longer drives, and there's plenty of room for passengers to stretch out. Cadillac of Beverly Hills review
I’ve purchase several new Cadillac vehicles over last 20+ years. To be honest, It’s been several years since my last new Cadillac purchase. So, in 2020, I decided to trade in my 2017 GMC Yukon Denali and obtain the new 5th Generation Cadillac Escalade! In early November 2021, Cadillac.com initially referred me to Carter Stenburg, Internet Specialist at Cadillac of Beverly Hills (California). After receiving an introductory e-mail from Carter, I called Carter and discussed what Escalade trim I was interested in as well as other questions about optional features. Carter was very professional; polite and patient with me. Any questions he could not answer during our calls, He would immediacy get back to me with the answers. Carter suggested that I order a 2022 Escalade using the “build feature” on the Cadillac.com website. I built the 2022 Escalade Premium Luxury with the desired trim and options and generated a PDF file which I e-mailed to Carter. Thanks Carter!! Cater then introduce me to Brian Epps, Cadillac Sales Specialist at Cadillac of Beverly Hills!! OMG! I can not say enough praises for Brian! Brian is amazing! Like Carter, Brian was very professional; very knowledgeable; very patient with even more questions that I had; made very good suggestions about some upgrade options to my vehicle build; etc. He “really knew his stuff”!! Mid November 2021, We reviewed my updated 2022 Cadillac Escalade build one last time. I agreed to the final build. Brian had his colleagues place my 2022 Escalade Premium Luxury order (again, November 2021 “timeline”). Again, Thanks Brian!!!! Well, It seems that in December 2021, My 2022 Cadillac Escalade Premium Luxury order was accepted / approved / built at the GM Factory in Arlington, Texas with only 2 minor constraints due to the worldwide chip shortage and limited auto parts shortage - Not Equipped with Steering Column Lock and Not Equipped with 4-Way Power Driver and Front Passenger Lumbar. Brian personally called me late January 2022 and informed me that my 2022 Escalade Premium Luxury (order) arrived at the dealership. I was very lucky during these challenging times in the automotive industry to received my 2022 Escalade within a few month of ordering the vehicle build. Cadillac of Beverly Hills is part of a larger company and I (could be wrong, but ...) think that perhaps the dealership's outstanding reputation and / or their sales volume had something to due with my quick build turnaround. Anyway, after Brian’s call over the weekend, I arrived at the dealership the next day – January 31st, 2022 and met with Brian. Traded in my 2017 GMC Yukon Denali (the dealership gave me a fair price for the trade in ...). While at the dealership, I was pleasantly greeted by Joseph Norkewicz, Manager (we meet prior – Great Guy!!). While going through the “paperwork process” the reception staff at the dealership was so nice to me and checked on me to see if there’s anything they can do for me (water; Starbucks's Coffee at the dealership; etc.) - Very Nice! Very Classy and Professional! However (next to Brian), me acquiring my 2022 Cadillac Escalade Premium Luxury would not be possible without the help and assistance of Frank Rastegar in Finance!!! Thanks Frank!!!! Left that day with my 2022 Cadillac Escalade Premium Luxury. I love the vehicle! I get complements everywhere I go (and of course, I tell everyone to call Brian Epps at Cadillac of Beverly Hills …). So, Bottom Line - I’m very happy with my 2022 Cadillac Escalade. Very Happy with the vehicle arriving at the dealership two months after placing the build order! I’m very humbled by how the Brian in Sales and Frank in Finance help me achieve my dream car!!! Finally, I'm looking forward to having my car serviced by Erik Curtis and the service staff at Cadillac of Beverly Hills! Much Thanks Cadillac of Beverly Hills!!!!
2020 Cadillac XT5 review
Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.
