We own two XT 5’s 2017 AWD and 2018 FWD. I can not recommend these vehicles more highly. Eight years with the 2017 and no major issues at all. Regular oil changes and have been diligent with manufacturing recommended services. The vehicle is comfortable, reliable and I am keeping it to the end. 78,500 miles by the way. The 2018 is 6 months old with me. I purchased it with 18,000 miles. Just finished having all fluids flushed, plugs changed out and some high quality tires on it, and look for to owning it for the long haul. I am very impressed with these vehicles. They feel solid in inclimate weather, handle exceptionally well and the fit and feel are top notch!

Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

I purchased the 2020 Cadillac XT5 midsize crossover based on the stylish looks, comfortable ride and optional V6 engine which takes regular gas. The panoramic sunroof, electronic precision shifter and interior design adds to the overall driving experience. The ride is good, but there is more road noise than expected probably due to no under carriage engine shield which makes the cabin not as isolated as it could be. Also there should be as standard equipment a rear mirror camera due to poor visibility. It appears many used Cadillac XT5 have some minor rear damage when checking the Carfax report.

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

Road noise is loud, Water leak in front passenger side during heavy rain or car wash. Engine noise that the tech can’t locate. The XT 5 is a very nice size SUV. For a high end vehicle the warranty should be better in length and milage..

The XT5 has met all of our expectations in handling, performance and comfort. The 3.6 engine has excellent mileage and power. Interior is very comfortable and stylish. Was like looking for a used Cadillac for my wife, and ended up buying a brand new 2020 instead. Did some online shopping, and decided to take a look at Courtesy Cadillac in Louisville to see what they had. Drove a 2016 ATS, and it was nice, but we we told the sales representative (David M.)we would have to think about it. There was no pressure from him, and we gave him an idea about what we were looking for (color, model, options, etc). David called us several days later, and we told him we were no longer interested in an ATS, as it was a little on the small side. We told him we were interested in a CTS, and he told us about a couple of new ones(2020)they had on the lot. It wasn’t the color we originally wanted, but we went in to look at it anyway, and see how it drove. My wife drove it, liked it, and they literally made us an offer we couldn’t refuse. Got a fair price on our trade-in (2010 Mini Cooper) a good price on the new CTS, and an unbeatable financing package. Both the sales rep (David M) and the finance manager (Michael G) were friendly, professional and actually fun to work with.

Received a toe-link recall notice on my SRX so I contacted Courtesy Cadillac in Louisville. They have been in business for years and known for quality and service. I asked about pick-up and drop-off service and was very happy to hear it was offered at a reasonable price. Comfort in a car is important Smooth driving and pushes power whenever you accelerate. Love it but not the brake recall. My dog looks forward to car rides. She (dog) feels like royalty when she rolls in mama's lac.

Talk to your motors was very professional, and very smooth to work with. I bought a car online and they were very helpful. I drove to their dealership from North Carolina and they had the car ready to go, I was on my way in about an hour.

I have a 2017 XT5 that I purchased when I was in NC. I've had 2 previous SRs and have enjoyed every single one. The one thing that has bothered me most is after a while a rattling noise began in each one of them. I bought it new and had no problems until 2022, the air conditioner, the sunroof and 3 out of 4 bearings. I have lots of Mike's in it is probably the reason.... I've traveled from Florida to NC a few tines as well as Florida to Baton Rouge. I hope she's ready to go for another 89,000 miles. Love mine.
