This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

Excellent handling, very maneuverable, very tight turning radius, decent fuel economy, great infotainment system and navigation, great paint job, very comfortable seats. Very satisfied with my XT5.

Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

I leased a new 2024 Chevy Silverado May of 2024. On November 27th 2024 the transmission went out with only 7100 miles. The service department @ EVS Chevrolet/Cadillac in Saukville, Wi picked up the vehicle and diagnosed the problem and ordered parts from GM. Parts were very difficult to get as they were on backorder. Randy Schuller (service advisor) stayed in touch each week that went by, and I finally got my truck back on February 25th, 2025. Hats off to the entire service team as well as the General manager of the dealership. I highly recommend this dealer and their 5-star service department to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!!!

Staff were friendly and greeted us as we arrived. Aaron had the vehicle cleaned and ready for us to take for a test drive. He attentively went over the paperwork and explained all the financing options. Overall friendly and helpful.

Road noise is loud, Water leak in front passenger side during heavy rain or car wash. Engine noise that the tech can’t locate. The XT 5 is a very nice size SUV. For a high end vehicle the warranty should be better in length and milage..

This is car number three Sam has sold me. I will only buy cars from Sam because to me he is the number one salesperson at that dealership. And I will be buying other cars from AMATO with Sam in the future.,The service was outstanding! We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

Worked with Lifetime Auto for my first auto loan vehicle purchase, and the experience could not have been better from start to finish. Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

The XT5 has met all of our expectations in handling, performance and comfort. The 3.6 engine has excellent mileage and power. Interior is very comfortable and stylish. The XT5 appearance does distinguish itself from a lot of SUV's out there. I bought vehicle from a lease return and it looks like it belongs on the show room floor

David Ulwelling has the most refreshing approach we've ever experienced. He is honest and straight-forward, helpful, professional, and handles every detail. 3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

While we did not purchase our 2011 Tuscon from Amato, we have consistently come here for all of our service work through the years. This is the 3rd XT5 I have had and I think it is a great car for the money. perfect size with enough room for most everything you would need for trips or just around town.
