This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

The XT5 was well maintained, inside and out. The ride is smooth. Up-to-date technology. I rode 324 mile road trip was with no problems. My family was impressed with the ride, interior and technology.

Very accommodating facility; rapid appointment setting, prompt, effective service. Unlike other service/ repair centers, here you feel confidence in the services to be performed. Friendly intake; good communication/ updates. The service center manager, Frank, went out of his way to make sure everything concerning my vehicle was completed to my satisfaction. Going forward, Legend Nissan service center will remain my place for auto repair/service.

Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

My mom wanted to purchase her first ever car, but was extremely anxious & nervous about the process. Greg made all her anxiety & nervousness disappear. I bought 2 cars in late December, 2015. There was also a trade-in on one of the purchases. In both instances, and on all accounts, including maintenance service since then, I would highly recommend D&P. Phil is an excellent individual to interact with, as well as all the staff. Nothing is complete unless Phil agrees, and his method and mode of business are excellent. His philosophy of selling cars in based on total satisfaction. Everything is performed on a car for sale with the idea that the buyer will not have unexpected necessities for at least a year, or more on very low mileage cars. I recommend D&P without qualification.

I had just got this car and it's been to the shop twice, first 2 days I had it I loved it, the performance is great and the interior is amazing! I have the sport utility model and I love all the features and the sound of the xt5!! Over the week my power liftgate stopped working/ would only work at certain times, my check engine light came on reading codes about the camshaft and coolant temp not being high enough. I'm not sure what's going on, this might just be a me problem but over all very nice car, just alot of bells and whistles and specific dealerships to go through if it ever needs repairs.

Jim was very good in handling my issue with my ford Bronco Sport. He explained the issues thoroughly.

Omar and Jeff were fantastic to say the least. After the most HORRIFIC experiences within the past month, my boyfriend and I were spent; both mentally and financially. Empty promises to say the least, hard credit checks OVER AND OVER AND OVER followed by no responses AT ALL, down payment after down payment for cars that were NOTHING at all like the listing, salespeople, and pictures promised.....and then a breath of fresh air. We received a phone call in the evening, and the day after we were driving home in our new car. Omar was so responsive, honest, and direct. First of all, I purchased the XT5 Sport AWD with the Platinum package, sticker $69,530. Truthfully, this is a fine ride, and a pleasure to drive. Everything is at your fingertips and easy to use. A couple of items I miss would be the floating high beams that come with intellibeams, the accent lighting in the interior was a nice feature. My final complaint, not enough USB ports. It could use a couple on the dash just below the radio.

I purchased the 2020 Cadillac XT5 midsize crossover based on the stylish looks, comfortable ride and optional V6 engine which takes regular gas. The panoramic sunroof, electronic precision shifter and interior design adds to the overall driving experience. The ride is good, but there is more road noise than expected probably due to no under carriage engine shield which makes the cabin not as isolated as it could be. Also there should be as standard equipment a rear mirror camera due to poor visibility. It appears many used Cadillac XT5 have some minor rear damage when checking the Carfax report.

From the moment you sit in the 2023 Cadillac XT5 your totally blown away by the all new interior features and styling. As per the ride, softer than any vehicle I have ever drove. Big Thumbs up to Cadillac!

After going to into a few other Cadillac dealerships I finally went to Sarant Cadillac. I felt welcomed immediately. I sat with Jim Rap and I knew I didn't need to go anywhere else. It was a no hassle negotiation that hadn't happened anywhere else. They were able to get the vechicle in a timely fashion. Just an overall good experience. I wouldn't go anywhere else if I was to lease or buy a Cadillac.
