Best experience I’ve had and I’ve had several in my life. I also had several prior to buying this vehicle. Kariel Nieves was my sales guru. Totally awesome gentleman and knows his stuff. Great attitude and huge knowledge of all things Lexus. Good communicator and worked with me to get my scheduled test drive and had everything ready. Had a great service experience. They had all the automation tools to make a decisions on what to service and were available on the phone to talk through things. Also, they finished work on my truck when they said. Good work.

The vehicle has been good so far. I like the handling and style. I would like to see a little more padding on the console where my knee rests. It would make it more comfortable. The seats could use a little work also. I have a Ram truck and the seats are more comfortable.

I've had an awesome experience with this dealership such an easy and amazing transaction. We were in and out with a new Volkswagen in an hour and 20 minutes. They have an awesome staff and accommodated us with impeccable service and a great deal.

No issues and it is much better than electric cars. Safer and much less expensive to own. Also much more convenient for normal driving .Not weekly range anxiety as I had when I owned an electric car. Never buy electric again.

I traded my 2019 Acura MDX for a 2020 Cadillac XT6, so far my wife, my family and my kids, were very impressed with the comfortable seats and overall spacing. The trunk space, while using the 3rd row seating disappeared, you only have room for 2 carrying on luggages. I like that the outside noise disappears when all the windows are closed. The Bose system is excellent, the touch up screen is great. The heated steering is nice, and so are the heated seats. The panoramic glass above our heads, everyone enjoyed. The ride is very comfortable. The engine responds very well, especially when you step on the Accelerator, and has excellent system breaking. I only had this Suv for two days, drove it from the car lot. Paid $58.00 for wheel balancing after i drove it home though, also the back tires air were low. That would explain, why my back seats were swinging from side to side. Hopefully, my dealership can reimburse me........lol. So far, so good. My first experience driving a Cadillac.

One of the best cars I've ever owned.... stylish, elegant, comfortable and plenty of room . My only complaints..it doesn't come in red and with gas prices hovering at $5.00 per gallon it's getting a little pricey to operate. And NO all electric cars are not the answer at this time..they are too expensive for most people and the USA does not have the nationwide charging stations needed to operate electric cars!!!!

I've had this car for over 2 years. I believe it was one of the first manufactured. After initial problems (left rear door and right front door had to be realigned) the car has been great! Seats are comfortable (just wish they had a thigh bolster), quiet, handles great, great acceleration, excellent Bose sound system, great nav system. When my lease is up I plan on getting another one.

Adrian was very helpful with my purchase. I drove from Burleson to the dealership in Addison. When I arrived, the VW beetle was parked out front ready for me to drive. He let my kids and I get in and do a test drive. There were a few things that I requested to be touched up on the car. Everything I requested was completed except for some paint touch ups on the hood and trunk. The car was really clean and I love it! I highly recommend Ally for your next car purchase.

The XT6 is the perfect family vehicle. All passenger have plenty of leg room, drink holders and power outlets. The exterior is very stylish and we get many compliments each day.

Closed deal on a Tuesday. They got me financed on an Escalade ESV-V. Shipped to me from Texas on Friday at 6pm, had the car in my driveway in Riverside, California at 8pm the next day. Robert Perry was the best.

She warned me as she wasn't sure if I'd like the interior color...I took one look and said “I love it” - Red Italian leather! The 3rd MDX we test drove was the charm! We purchased our second Lexus before realizing it did not have some of the features our older one did. We first talked to David Barrychuck, Parts Director, at Grapevine Park Place. We hadn't even bought our car at the Grapvine location. David went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
