Got a 2013 about a month ago with 60K in nearly perfect condition. I have spent some time and money fixing little things - these cars are complicated and loaded with delicate technology. The CUE radio has been replaced, as has the electronic dash - which are both a very nice feature but are known to fail. It drives beautifully, has tons of room, is a fantastic value proposition, and looks very nice. The overall finish is very high and of very good quality on these cars. The owners complaining here are the ones that drive them hard and the only attention the car gets is when they drop it off to the dealer for something and then agree to fix things. Plan to spend a lot of money keeping one going if this is you. If you can do most things yourself, and keep it properly looked after, it's typical of any common luxury car. They ALL have their quirks. If you really wanted a toyota or a honda economy car then this isn't the car for you - go buy one of those, you'll hate owning one of these. Me? I just love it! Next costly maintenance is the magneride suspension - it does wear out, and typical engine cleaning - valves, injectors, plugs, etc. All fluids are new, brakes are new, tires are new. Everything is expensive for these cars.

Only negative I could say about the company and it isn?t really a negative is that they don?t accept my vehicle warranty and other dealerships do and it has been proven to pay out on claims. Other than that the service they offer is great

I have a 2013 XTS Platinum. I brought it with 46k miles on it. I now have 209k and had 0 issues out the engine and transmission so far. I want a newer CT6 or a 2019 XTS but I'm not in a rush because this car has been the most reliable car I ever owned

Found a vehicle on auto trader and called them right away to see if I could come check it out they had the car ready when we arrived! They were there ready to greet us and the most laid back not pushy at all, not like a normal dealership this place was hands down top notch. Considering the location we were iffy but once in the building all the staff were friendly seemed happy and it was the best experience we have ever had with a dealership! Considering we were kinda a pain to work with they were great and professional. Explained everything never got any attitude or treated us like we were idiots. I get a new rig about every 2 years so I have had plenty of interactions with dealerships. I hope this rig is my life time rig. If not we will 100% consider going back here. We had 2 DTS before the 2013 XTS4. It compares very favorably with the exception of visibility, which is worse if you are of shorter stature. Comfort and convenience are very good and the quiet, handling and suspension are excellent. The trunk holds easily as much as the DTS. There is a tiny amount of vibration at speed, perhaps a result of the AWD, not annoying. Our family loves the car overall. We have a 2019 CT6, it is 5” longer but doesn’t feel bigger. The XTS4 is about an inch+ taller, and has the heads up display, overall I like it better.

Switched from a BMW 5 Series to the Cadillac XTS. It is far superior than the BMW and Jaguar XJ previously owned. Both of those foreign extractions were money pits. I purchased the X with 66,000 miles on it and have not experienced the failures other reviewers have lamented so I question the authenticity of their review. The XTS is, in my opinion, one of the most alluring cars on the road today, 2023. It has great presence and commands attention. By far the best car I have ever owned and its reliability has not disappointed. The Platinum trim interior is exquisite. It did, afterall, win Ward's 10 Best (automotive) Interiors of 2013. Definitely a keeper. Get one.

Jeff and William are key reasons why I came back after my visit 2 weeks ago when a pretty unfavorable visit to buy out lease and treatment by Rex Moonshower. He didn’t want to abide by terms of lease and added extra charges that his salesperson Megan could not explain. He told me is I didn’t like it I could go to tamarin trail or Punta location. I bought a 2013 Cadillac XTS premium all-wheel drive with the V6. I paid $15,000 for it in 2019 and I have no regrets. The car has great performance Cadillac luxury and comfort. The amenities at technology is great although I am going to end up replacing the Cadillac cue system the heads up display in the digital instrumentation is awesome. Trunk space is adequate not as big as some of the bigger Cadillacs but it's plenty big for me.

I called about a battery for my Cadillac SUV in a Saturday afternoon thinking they would be closed they weren’t. Anwar Answered the phone was pleasant and super helpful he told me they had my battery in stock quoted a price and they could install it today in 2 hours or less. They installed it in an hour or less and for a cheaper price even. He even helped set up my Sirius Xm radio and told me they can take my car max care so I’m elated with Vera and Anwar. They treated me right when I was in a pinch! Highly recommend them!

This is my second xts had a 2014 and have a 2019 . Unfortunately the last year of production. Great car. Cadillac built a large sedan like the ct6.

Dropped my 2025 Traverse off at 9:00 AM and it was ready by 2:00 PM. Had OEM running boards installed and they look great. Needed a little boost for my wife to make it easier to enter the car. Works exactly like I had hoped. And as a bonus I used GM points to help pay the tab!

This was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve had in all my years. I’ve purchased vehicles from Mercedes, BMW, Acura, Jeep — you name it — and none of them came close to the level of professionalism, honesty, and hospitality I received at Koons GMC in Vienna, VA. Great ga mileage very dependable 4 years purchased new off show room floor V6 spirited driving good handling 30.5 MPG on long trip at 70 mph go 85 mileage drops to 27.5. Good ride firmer seats with they were a bit softer over all zero mechanical issues Liked it better than bmw and Audi I drove
