We bought a new 2020 GMC Terrain from Bill Beaudry. He made the process incredibly easy, even with us living in Tucson. He did not pressure us to come in for a trade-in appraisal before giving us his best number. He promised to make us the best deal - and he definitely kept that promise (his numbers were several hundred less than any other dealership and THOUSANDS less than Tucson GM dealerships). We were in and out of the dealership in less than two hours total. Bill is extremely patient and answered all my crazy questions/concerns. He was even able to find a Terrain in a different color after I realized my fiancée NEEDED a white one. The finance representative was low-pressure and did not coerce us into any additional extended warranties, etc.

Excellent service from Raul Ibarra sells man made us feel very comfortable. Highly recommend him does not make you waste time going back and forth to get a lower deal he goes straight to the deal.

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

We own two XT 5’s 2017 AWD and 2018 FWD. I can not recommend these vehicles more highly. Eight years with the 2017 and no major issues at all. Regular oil changes and have been diligent with manufacturing recommended services. The vehicle is comfortable, reliable and I am keeping it to the end. 78,500 miles by the way. The 2018 is 6 months old with me. I purchased it with 18,000 miles. Just finished having all fluids flushed, plugs changed out and some high quality tires on it, and look for to owning it for the long haul. I am very impressed with these vehicles. They feel solid in inclimate weather, handle exceptionally well and the fit and feel are top notch!

We walked in with an idea of what we were looking for but we weren’t very prepared with the pertinent information that would’ve made it easier, but our salesman, Zach Jones, was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable that we quickly figured out what it was that we truly wanted and then he made it happen. We left with our dream car and we LOVE it. We got the 2026 Passport TrailSport! It’s an awesome vehicle. This dealership was top notch from the moment we stepped out of our old car until we drove away in the new one. We were treated so well and each step of the process was effortless and efficient. I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation along with a complete vehicle inspection and the scheduling process was a breeze. Road noise is loud, Water leak in front passenger side during heavy rain or car wash. Engine noise that the tech can’t locate. The XT 5 is a very nice size SUV. For a high end vehicle the warranty should be better in length and milage..

Called in need of a price to install a kit of cables for my wife's EOS. After several failed attempts and unreturned calls i reached Vince M late on a friday. he took the time to understand what i needed. Turns out Berge doesn't do this type of service on the convertible top but he assured me they had someone nearby who does all their work. as it was late in the day the other business was closed and Vince promised to follow up and call me with a price monday morning. Lo and behold on monday morning I got a call from Vince with the installation quote. Thanks Vince for following through on your commitment!

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

First I have to say that I am NOT a review leaving person, with exception Of Lifted Trucks. In the last 6-7 years the only reviews I have written have been for this store....on with the story... I just purchased my 4th Truck from the Glendale store . This is the 4 truck in 6 six years. The staff does NOT get any better then these folks. I purchased a used 2021 model Sport and after being very impressed sold it in order to get a 2022 Sport with Super Cruise, which I absolutely love. I love all of the new technology, with the exception of Apple Car Play. I had a 2016 prior to this generation and was surprised that the gas mileage is actually better on the newer one. The ride is the best ever.

Purchased an F 150 Ford pickup Oct 2021, drove it back to NY a couple days later. A year later now and the truck runs like a top. No problems. Very accomadating staff. A very pleasent and "entertaining" experience. Decent price on the vehicle.

The XT5 is a great car that is quick, comfortable, fun to drive and it stands out from a crowded suv market. There is very little I would change. I like the 310 hp V6, 8 speed transmission and the brakes are smooth while performing quick stops very well. I do not care for the run / stop feature on the XT5 or any car for that matter. The fit and finish were impressive as well.

I am shocked with all these negative reviews. I"ve had mine 3 years and no issues. Kids love it, it's got so much room it's ruined other cars for me. This car gives you everything and more than a Range Rover offers, I know this for a fact because my Fiance drives one. Great functional car.

Good experience with Tyler and Katie I purchased a pre-owned X3 recently from Arrowhead BMW. It was a pleasant experience going through the purchase. I visited the dealership a couple of times to test a couple of vehicles, and there was no rush or pressure put on by the dealership. Pricing was transparent though one has to be diligent to review every line item when the final price is done. A couple of small items remained, which the dealership resolved quickly, and had the vehicle completely serviced. Would recommend the sales team of Tyler, Katie, Andre and Tony. They reached out post sales as well to check-in on the vehicle.
