We own two XT 5’s 2017 AWD and 2018 FWD. I can not recommend these vehicles more highly. Eight years with the 2017 and no major issues at all. Regular oil changes and have been diligent with manufacturing recommended services. The vehicle is comfortable, reliable and I am keeping it to the end. 78,500 miles by the way. The 2018 is 6 months old with me. I purchased it with 18,000 miles. Just finished having all fluids flushed, plugs changed out and some high quality tires on it, and look for to owning it for the long haul. I am very impressed with these vehicles. They feel solid in inclimate weather, handle exceptionally well and the fit and feel are top notch!

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

Road noise is loud, Water leak in front passenger side during heavy rain or car wash. Engine noise that the tech can’t locate. The XT 5 is a very nice size SUV. For a high end vehicle the warranty should be better in length and milage..

Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

David in service for new sales was very helpful today in my wife’s 2023 Outlander. Had one customer show up 4 hours early for her car appt. She was a pistol nothing but negative everything. To make a long story short is that she brought in a full bag the size of a Walmart bag full of trash to throw away. Apparently she said the waiting room trash can was full so she laid the bag on top of trash cans. One of the Slack sisters thought that someone left there medicine bag etc. the next thing I know David was asked to empty the trash. He is a busy guy. Someone could have asked one of the lot attendants etc. told the lady to push into trash can because they were not full.

The XT5 was well maintained, inside and out. The ride is smooth. Up-to-date technology. I rode 324 mile road trip was with no problems. My family was impressed with the ride, interior and technology.

First class experience from start to finish Between Antoine Rus Arch and Sam was ensured to have the best experience. Despite some initial hangups, we were able to work together for a Deal that worked for everyone. This is the third vehicle that I have purchased from country Chevrolet and we’ll see what the high degree of probability and honesty. I have had this car for 3 years so far. I love it! The car itself is very lively and can speed up very quickly. It is a comfortable car to sit in and while it is small that is why I bought it. The leather seats are comfy, and the seat warmers work well. It is great on gas mileage, and I find it does not take above 50$ to fill up. I commute to work daily, and this car is reliable and fun. I have had issues with this car such as the transmission wire harness needing to be replaced and the rear axle dif leaking and needing to be replaced. I also had an engine crank shaft house crack and that caused my car to stall. Other than these few minor issues it has been great. The car has a decent entertainment system but sometimes the CUE system lags a little bit. The electronic readings on my fuel MPG and my fuel tank estimate are wrong usually but they are about correct to the true reading. I would buy this car again.

Seen a vehicle I liked but there too far for me to drive there, but they were willing to ship it to me, the salesman John sent video and pictures from his phone. Lisa helped with the financing. I went ahead with the purchase but over night got cold feet! They refunded my money that day! Definitely recommend this dealer.

No issues and it is much better than electric cars. Safer and much less expensive to own. Also much more convenient for normal driving .Not weekly range anxiety as I had when I owned an electric car. Never buy electric again.

The Cadillac XT4 Is a good SUV,it just falls a little short in some categories that could make it great.A little better performance.better quaity interior pieces and some reliably issues.

My experience has been better than I would have expected from a private used car dealership! Many cars in inventory to choose from. I was able to find my Subaru although older than i personally wanted, but it met my budget perfectly. Amran was my sales representative and he was extremely easy to work with without all the hard selling you typically encounter from any dealership large or small. I will be coming back again in a few months to make another purchase from here for sure!
