I found a 2014 Lexus GS350 online at Andrews Cadillac that I was going to get for my wife's birthday. Thinking the car would be perfect for her, I flew to Nashville from Charlotte, NC to inspect and test drive it. For many reasons, I decided it would not work for her and I was prepared to leave fro the airport empty handed. After discussing what her needs were and our budget Scott Levine suggested I test drive a 2014 ATS Performance with same miles and extended warranty, way more bells and whistles than the Lexus and better comfort for me (6'4"). We arranged to have a transporter pick up the vehicle the next day and waiting for me in Charlotte when I returned. From day-one, Scott went out of his way to provide all the info I needed to make an informed decision in a completely pressure-free manner. I ended purchasing this vehicle from them because of the comfort level I had in our dealings. I WILL BE BACK WHEN IT'S TIME FOR ME TO BUY MY NEW TOY.

If you go here, ask for Madison! She made us feel like we were the most important customers and was quick to give suggestions and answers. I went in with a lot of knowledge on what I was looking for, but she knew enough about the truck I mentioned to suggest other models that would fit my needs as well. She is very compassionate, knowledgable and professional. Sam also assisted in our sales process and was very knowledgeable and friendly. When it came time to discuss finances with the floor manager who spends 30 seconds giving a price on used cars, I almost walked away. I was lied to and insulted significantly, regarding our trade-ins and knowledge on pricing. We felt we were given the run-around and, had my fiancé not stepped in to mediate the conversation, I would have walked away and withdrawn the idea of ever purchasing a truck from this Murfreesboro GMC dealer. We also got home and found that our loan had been written for $2,000 higher than we agreed to - luckily they fixed it, but what if I hadn't caught that? Overall I am glad I purchased from this dealer, but I think my positive outlook on it would have been much different if we hadn't started off on the right foot with Madison.

3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

The Luxury and comfort leveli is not the same that. people got from the early 2000's and earlier models.Disappointing and makes you wonder why you are paying an upcharge over a basic gm or chevrolet of same size just for the name

This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

I have owned Mercedes GLS, Lincoln Navigator, Infiniti QX80, and now Escalade ESV. The Escalade has been my favorite. I now have 120,000 miles on it and have only had to replace shocks. Electronics work beautifully, it is unbelievably comfortable, and there is nothing like the looks of an Escalade! My only complaint is the well-known 1st to 2nd gear occasional kick from the transmission. Dealer has looked at it multiple times (flushed & reprogrammed) with not much luck. 2WD most of the time and throw it into Auto 4WD when Ohio winters hit and this thing eats snow and grabs the road like you wouldn’t believe. Have never even switched it to 4High or 4Lo. Well done, Cadillac!

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

The XT5 has met all of our expectations in handling, performance and comfort. The 3.6 engine has excellent mileage and power. Interior is very comfortable and stylish. A friend had referred Jack Goodner for me to go see and hopefully find a car. Unfortunately I was looking for some very specific things on my car, and they did not have but I would definitely recommend Jack to any of my friends and I would go back to see him in the future. We own two XT 5’s 2017 AWD and 2018 FWD. I can not recommend these vehicles more highly. Eight years with the 2017 and no major issues at all. Regular oil changes and have been diligent with manufacturing recommended services. The vehicle is comfortable, reliable and I am keeping it to the end. 78,500 miles by the way. The 2018 is 6 months old with me. I purchased it with 18,000 miles. Just finished having all fluids flushed, plugs changed out and some high quality tires on it, and look for to owning it for the long haul. I am very impressed with these vehicles. They feel solid in inclimate weather, handle exceptionally well and the fit and feel are top notch!

I bought my lovely all white 2013 Honda Civic back in October 2020 and its still treating me well till this day! They work with you to fit your needs and budget. I was doubting myself, thinking I wasn’t going to be able to get the car since it was my first time buying a car on my own, and been turned down by every car dealership...but they worked with me and i was rolling out with my new car in minutes! So far a really nice SUV. I just feel like with the price on Escalades, they missed on the interior design. You can really get on the gas when driving but the takeoff is really heavy. It almost feels really slow. Not sure on the idle but not as smooth as I would like. But it looks great! This SUV is a head turner and will standout. Just don't be afraid to spend money if you need to. Luxury SUVs are like women. They need money and love. Give them that and they will be around for a while.

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.
