3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

My salesman Al was professional, knowledgeable, and low-pressure. I had some timing issues on my end and Al took care of everything with very little hassle.

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

This is the 3rd XT5 I have had and I think it is a great car for the money. perfect size with enough room for most everything you would need for trips or just around town.

The Luxury and comfort leveli is not the same that. people got from the early 2000's and earlier models.Disappointing and makes you wonder why you are paying an upcharge over a basic gm or chevrolet of same size just for the name

Great place to make a great deal on a new Kia Seltos EX. All of the people working there were fabulous. They took that nasty, anxious edge of buying a car and tossed it right in the garbage 🗑️ Anna was a special lady and very informative and gracious to us. She answered all questions and helped iron out various small things along our journey at Russ Darrow in Waukesha. Best Deal Ben came alongside Anna and really helped to seal this deal for us. I purchased a used 2021 model Sport and after being very impressed sold it in order to get a 2022 Sport with Super Cruise, which I absolutely love. I love all of the new technology, with the exception of Apple Car Play. I had a 2016 prior to this generation and was surprised that the gas mileage is actually better on the newer one. The ride is the best ever.

I wish I could give this dealership 10 stars! Our sales lady Melissa and also Mike made the buying process so easy and smooth. They got everything completed online for us. Charlie in finance was also the most amazing finance person we have ever worked with buying a car, he stayed in constant communication and answered any questions we had. This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

Stopped in late on Tuesday April 9 for a test drive of a plug in hybrid and salesperson Kelly Murray helped us accomplish that before closing at 9pm. She was friendly, professional and most helpful to us in deciding that we wanted to buy a CX-90. Unfortunately for her a different Mazda dealership had the car of our dreams

First of all, I purchased the XT5 Sport AWD with the Platinum package, sticker $69,530. Truthfully, this is a fine ride, and a pleasure to drive. Everything is at your fingertips and easy to use. A couple of items I miss would be the floating high beams that come with intellibeams, the accent lighting in the interior was a nice feature. My final complaint, not enough USB ports. It could use a couple on the dash just below the radio.

It took a while due to Nissan. The dealership was great. No pressure type of approach. They do add on 3k for “accessories” that you don’t have the option on. They made up for it by offering more on my trade in. Everything was reasonable. Due to the length of time the sales manager gave us a $50 gift card and a free gas up when we stop by later this week. All good people here.

I received phenomenal customer service from this dealership I flew all the way from Michigan and was mad at the airport by Jairo. He was awesome!!! I felt very comfortable with this whole sale beginning to end. I wire transferred funds before I even seen the vehicle. I was worried to do so but I knew how hard it was to find the vehicle they were selling so I took them at their word and it was a great decision. Keep in mind you are buying a vehicle that won’t be perfect. You’re getting a older used vehicle. As long as you go into your sale with REALISTIC expectations you will be very happy with this dealership! Jairo actually went to another dealership to buy a part for the Wrangler I bought from them because he knew I was driving it a long distance home. Everything worked very well on the Jeep and it was in very good shape for being 15 years old! Jairo also offered to mail me the print out copy of the Carfax and seriously made the whole experience awesome! Thanks guys. From the moment you sit in the 2023 Cadillac XT5 your totally blown away by the all new interior features and styling. As per the ride, softer than any vehicle I have ever drove. Big Thumbs up to Cadillac!

We recently downsized from an Escalade to our XT6 Sport with Platinum, Technology, and Driver Assist packages. It is the perfect balance of luxury and sport and is a great family vehicle while still being fun to drive. The gas mileage is definitely an improvement and the ride is smooth. I love the panoramic sunroof and suede upgrade, my husband loves the fancy brakes. Our youngest son is 6’5” and I wasn’t sure he’d fit in anything other than a full size SUV back seat though he does fit fine. Highly recommend this for family or fun! While I prefer the luxury look on the Escalade, the sport package is more aesthetically pleasing to me on the XT6.

The employees were professional and friendly. They took their time to understand our needs and preferences to help us identify the best vehicles for us. They never pressured us or rushed us to make a purchase.

Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

My wife's car is a 2019 XT5 premium purchased new and now has 60,000 trouble free miles, still looks and drives like new. I needed another vehicle that was practical and luxurious. I found a fairly loaded used 2022 XT6 premium with average miles, negotiated what I thought was a very good deal and purchased. Same engine as my XT5 but a softer ride and great features, very quiet and comfortable. Bose sound system is excellent and vehicle has plenty of utility. I was surprised at the depreciation for such a nice SUV, maybe I just got lucky being in the right place at the right time or maybe because it was end of December and dealers want to move inventory by years end, anyway great SUV, I am very happy so far.

David Ulwelling has the most refreshing approach we've ever experienced. He is honest and straight-forward, helpful, professional, and handles every detail. David makes the buying experience so easy, it becomes effortless. David is customer service, "customer first" in his style. He makes you feel important and as if you, your desires and needs in a vehicle, matter. He will be our sales person from now on. We are newer Cadillac owners but so far love the dependability and reliability of our SRX. We have found that Crest Cadillace of Brookfield is full service and great to deal with.

The best car I have driven in many many years. I feel very safe in this vehicle. I love the power it has without hesitation. The info tainment is easy to learn and fun, and I love love love the Bose speakers and the ride is so smoooooth, like floating on a cloud, just watch your front in when a huge dip is in front of you the front end is low. I was also impressed with the lock out lug nuts, which was a total surprize to me but what an awesome thing to be on a vehicle, im impressed. The moon roof makes you feel as tho you really are on a cloud and you can touch the stars. Everyone remember no car is perfect but this one is at the Top of the list of vehicles to own. I have driven a lot of new vehicles of all shapes and sizes all basic and luxury and premiums, but nothing compares to my XT6 sport addition the red brake pads stand out ladies so if your driving one of these you will get a lot of attention from gentlemen. Only draw back is it depreciates in value way too much to fast and the insurance is high but it is all worth it to know you are in a safe zone while driving in all conditions. Drives fantastic in the rain. I bought the blue one and I couldn't go anywhere without some one complimenting me on my car. I have met a lot of people while owning my car but no proposals yet. Lol 😁 I really can't say enough about this car, it's like finally Cadillac made all my dreams come true and then some and they have won a life long customer.
