I flew all the way from Arkansas to purchase a 2006 V8 4Runner Limited after seeing the listing online. Their customer service was above and beyond. The staff were very accommodating. They were very helpful as I requested more pictures, inquired about the service history, and negotiated pricing. When I decided to purchase it, they made it super easy to "reserve" the vehicle and even picked me up at the airport and took me to my hotel when I arrived in Portland. There were a few hiccups with the paperwork after the purchase, but Nick, Ronnie, and Austin were there every step of the way to make sure everything got resolved. So far a really nice SUV. I just feel like with the price on Escalades, they missed on the interior design. You can really get on the gas when driving but the takeoff is really heavy. It almost feels really slow. Not sure on the idle but not as smooth as I would like. But it looks great! This SUV is a head turner and will standout. Just don't be afraid to spend money if you need to. Luxury SUVs are like women. They need money and love. Give them that and they will be around for a while.

Received response to interst within half hour and then a follow up call when the car was being sent to auction as they did not want to keep it. The salesman has since contacted me and ask if I was still lookin for a vechile and I shared that was true, but only an American sedan, so it would fit my long legs and have a comfortable ride for four individuals.

Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. Excellent ride, comfort, and superior durability. My vehicle is pristine and l love it. 40 years old, over 25 brand new purchases and this one is still a daily driver!!!

I have had this 2019 Cadillac xt4 for 6 years… during the 4th year someone hit me… the 5 years someone hit me… then I started having issues… I argued with the people at Larson Cadillac about my warranty and the didn’t one to honor it because I had 1 oil change somewhere else besides Cadillac… but I put my attorney on them and got my warranty granted…now it been about 8 months later now my check engine light is back on saying engine speed reduced… so I don’t know what’s the problem…

It’s really a pretty great car. For the price, the car is quite luxurious and well-made. I had a glitch or two when I first got it, but they were quickly resolved and have had no further problems over my first year of ownership. The car is smooth, quiet, very powerful and quick. I’ve been getting close to 3 miles per kilowatt hour over the long haul using the regenerative braking system. There is a little adjustment to drive an EV over a gas engine car, but the advantages are easily stated such as the smooth power and low maintenance required. The lower range is an issue for long trips, but if you’re not in a real hurry, the stops to charge can be quite pleasant. That said, my wife and I usually use her hybrid Lexus when we go road tripping as it is just more comfortable as it is what we are used to. Kudos to Cadillac for a job well done.

It was my old cars time to go (Gloria) at work my coworker brought up CarMax as he just got a new pickup truck from them. My partner and I scheduled an appointment for a viewing Wednesday the 6th. We discussed with friends a solid American vehicle to serve as a daily driver and saw good bones with the distinctive exterior/interior design and technologically advanced XT4 Sport (20” wheels). The 2.0-liter turbocharged engine handles everyday driving and quick passing maneuvers without issue. The 9-speed automatic transmission is generally smooth but does seek the perfect gear, particularly in low-speed traffic. For many, the OEM setup may be just fine, however, we opted to “refine” a few of the Luxury & Sport options that the original owner passed on (we're the 2nd owners) and now enjoy climbing into the cockpit of this daily transporter! I have owned Mercedes GLS, Lincoln Navigator, Infiniti QX80, and now Escalade ESV. The Escalade has been my favorite. I now have 120,000 miles on it and have only had to replace shocks. Electronics work beautifully, it is unbelievably comfortable, and there is nothing like the looks of an Escalade! My only complaint is the well-known 1st to 2nd gear occasional kick from the transmission. Dealer has looked at it multiple times (flushed & reprogrammed) with not much luck. 2WD most of the time and throw it into Auto 4WD when Ohio winters hit and this thing eats snow and grabs the road like you wouldn’t believe. Have never even switched it to 4High or 4Lo. Well done, Cadillac!

I purchased a used 2021 model Sport and after being very impressed sold it in order to get a 2022 Sport with Super Cruise, which I absolutely love. I love all of the new technology, with the exception of Apple Car Play. I had a 2016 prior to this generation and was surprised that the gas mileage is actually better on the newer one. The ride is the best ever.
