I used my own credit union for my financing and even they said what a pleasure it was working with Rami and Diamond and just how thorough and on top of things they were. I had never shipped a car out of state before and this was also my first Porsche and I’m sure I wasn’t the easiest to deal with at times, not on purpose of course, but just because it was such a new experience. I felt very taken care of and accommodated with everything I needed. Great communication and very fair. I can’t say enough good things! Very very happy and this dealer is top notch with quality of cars also - immaculate cars and care of them. My transport company even commented how nice this dealership is. We will be back for sure ! I have had this car for 3 years so far. I love it! The car itself is very lively and can speed up very quickly. It is a comfortable car to sit in and while it is small that is why I bought it. The leather seats are comfy, and the seat warmers work well. It is great on gas mileage, and I find it does not take above 50$ to fill up. I commute to work daily, and this car is reliable and fun. I have had issues with this car such as the transmission wire harness needing to be replaced and the rear axle dif leaking and needing to be replaced. I also had an engine crank shaft house crack and that caused my car to stall. Other than these few minor issues it has been great. The car has a decent entertainment system but sometimes the CUE system lags a little bit. The electronic readings on my fuel MPG and my fuel tank estimate are wrong usually but they are about correct to the true reading. I would buy this car again.

I have owned my Cadillac ELR for over a year. No problems at all. I drive to work and Home every day on full electric. The dynamic cruise control is amazing. I have used about 30 buck in gas in a year and a half.

I had a great experience purchasing a used car from Mike and the Car Luxe dealership as an out of state customer. Mike was very communicative and accommodating, including having his team run the car over to a local mechanic of my choice for a pre-purchase inspection so I felt comfortable moving forward with the purchase. Mike worked with the prior owner to transfer the vehicle's extended warranty, and then worked with various shipping companies to get my vehicle delivered to me safely before I had to travel out of town for an extended period. I would absolutely return to Car Luxe and purchase another vehicle from Mike and the team.

I've owned my ELR for 6 months and 5000 miles. 95% of my driving is within the33 mile electric range. I had a high output electrical outlet installed. It's an eye-catching car. Sweet ride!

I found this 2002 ETC in Phoenix, Az. 60K miles two owner. It fit my needs. Flew to Phoenix and drove it home 1378 miles averaged 24.7 MPG. That is better then the 2007 Suzuki I passed on to my Grandson. Ride is a bit stiff and noise level is more then I had expected. Overall a good value and looks good sitting in my garage. Advise. Read the owners manual front to back. There are things to do, to and for this car to keep it on the road.

Beautiful styling and very comfortable. Not a big back seat. Plenty of power on ETC model and very responsive handling. Gas mileage is as advertised by manufacturer.

The El Dorado is an amazing car for longer distance highway driving. The seats may as well be zero gravity. The only downfalls are gas consumption and price.

Just got this beauty with 50,000 miles. $28,000 which included a mandatory delivery fee. Seems to run nicely. The CUE system is tough to work with. At this point I can't PAIR my iPhone? The front end is low. Careful going in and out of driveways and dips.
