Road noise is loud, Water leak in front passenger side during heavy rain or car wash. Engine noise that the tech can’t locate. The XT 5 is a very nice size SUV. For a high end vehicle the warranty should be better in length and milage..

I had a great experience buying my 2011 Honda Crv. It was a good price and easy to finish the paperwork. I would buy a Honda from them again. The sales team was friendly and professional.

We own two XT 5’s 2017 AWD and 2018 FWD. I can not recommend these vehicles more highly. Eight years with the 2017 and no major issues at all. Regular oil changes and have been diligent with manufacturing recommended services. The vehicle is comfortable, reliable and I am keeping it to the end. 78,500 miles by the way. The 2018 is 6 months old with me. I purchased it with 18,000 miles. Just finished having all fluids flushed, plugs changed out and some high quality tires on it, and look for to owning it for the long haul. I am very impressed with these vehicles. They feel solid in inclimate weather, handle exceptionally well and the fit and feel are top notch!

The XT5 has met all of our expectations in handling, performance and comfort. The 3.6 engine has excellent mileage and power. Interior is very comfortable and stylish. Other dealers were unwilling to discount the vehicle that I purchased, but not only did Mr. Handy discount the new vehicle, he also offered me significantly more for my trade than other dealers, and did so without any agonizing negotiations. The Finance Manager, Rich Ruby, completed all of the paperwork in less than ten minutes, which I didn’t even think was possible. Seriously, it was like a magic trick. Not having to wait around and getting to drive away almost immediately in my new truck was awesome. There are a lot of Ford dealers much closer to where I live in the Columbus area, but I will absolutely and without hesitation drive over two hours (one way) to purchase my next vehicle at Spitzer Ford. This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

I have owned Mercedes GLS, Lincoln Navigator, Infiniti QX80, and now Escalade ESV. The Escalade has been my favorite. I now have 120,000 miles on it and have only had to replace shocks. Electronics work beautifully, it is unbelievably comfortable, and there is nothing like the looks of an Escalade! My only complaint is the well-known 1st to 2nd gear occasional kick from the transmission. Dealer has looked at it multiple times (flushed & reprogrammed) with not much luck. 2WD most of the time and throw it into Auto 4WD when Ohio winters hit and this thing eats snow and grabs the road like you wouldn’t believe. Have never even switched it to 4High or 4Lo. Well done, Cadillac!

The XT5 is a great car that is quick, comfortable, fun to drive and it stands out from a crowded suv market. There is very little I would change. I like the 310 hp V6, 8 speed transmission and the brakes are smooth while performing quick stops very well. I do not care for the run / stop feature on the XT5 or any car for that matter. The fit and finish were impressive as well.

Worked with Mike Wonder, Lisa Burton and staff regarding an ongoing front end noise, that at times would not replicate; ultimately they ?figured it out (front strut and mount)? and fixed the issue. They were professional and actually took the time to do what was right. Great service and recommend?

I purchased a used 2021 model Sport and after being very impressed sold it in order to get a 2022 Sport with Super Cruise, which I absolutely love. I love all of the new technology, with the exception of Apple Car Play. I had a 2016 prior to this generation and was surprised that the gas mileage is actually better on the newer one. The ride is the best ever.
