We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

I have owned Mercedes GLS, Lincoln Navigator, Infiniti QX80, and now Escalade ESV. The Escalade has been my favorite. I now have 120,000 miles on it and have only had to replace shocks. Electronics work beautifully, it is unbelievably comfortable, and there is nothing like the looks of an Escalade! My only complaint is the well-known 1st to 2nd gear occasional kick from the transmission. Dealer has looked at it multiple times (flushed & reprogrammed) with not much luck. 2WD most of the time and throw it into Auto 4WD when Ohio winters hit and this thing eats snow and grabs the road like you wouldn’t believe. Have never even switched it to 4High or 4Lo. Well done, Cadillac!

The gas mileage is not good. My headlight went bad The mechanic says These cars are bad for the baluster going out. The wheels sounds squeaky.

Fantastic experience start-to-finish! Good selection, no pressure, personable staff. Our salesman Mike B was very knowledgeable and took time to listen to what we wanted without pushing us one way or the other. Finance Manager Max M was also friendly, went over all the paperwork clearly, and explained very useful extended warranty options without all the nonsense other dealerships try to arm-twist you over. Buying a new car doesn't have to be a chore and we give Doug's our highest recommendation without hesitation!

Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

This has got to be one of the favorite cars that i have purchased. All Black, White interior, CT5-V (non-Blackwing). There is ample power via all wheel drive to get out of its own way. Handling with the magnetic ride suspension is incredible, with it being a very comfortable highway ride, but put it into track mode and it really kicks xxx! The car is very solid, unlike other cheaper sedans i have had as rentals. Interior is nice, plenty of room, and very comfortable massaging seats. While this isn't the CTS-V with 600 HP, this is a great alternative for an everyday car, that can handle winter, but still give you a great thrill!

It was an oil change, scheduled an appointment same day, done on time, regular price around $80, nice complimentary $10 car wash and good customer service except it is very annoying to be bothered with tons of emails and text , How did we do it? Please rate how many stars and all that, in my book if customers satisfied they will keep coming back ( which I do already)and they don?t need to be reminded all the time to give a feedback. My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

It’s really a pretty great car. For the price, the car is quite luxurious and well-made. I had a glitch or two when I first got it, but they were quickly resolved and have had no further problems over my first year of ownership. The car is smooth, quiet, very powerful and quick. I’ve been getting close to 3 miles per kilowatt hour over the long haul using the regenerative braking system. There is a little adjustment to drive an EV over a gas engine car, but the advantages are easily stated such as the smooth power and low maintenance required. The lower range is an issue for long trips, but if you’re not in a real hurry, the stops to charge can be quite pleasant. That said, my wife and I usually use her hybrid Lexus when we go road tripping as it is just more comfortable as it is what we are used to. Kudos to Cadillac for a job well done.

I have had this car for 3 years so far. I love it! The car itself is very lively and can speed up very quickly. It is a comfortable car to sit in and while it is small that is why I bought it. The leather seats are comfy, and the seat warmers work well. It is great on gas mileage, and I find it does not take above 50$ to fill up. I commute to work daily, and this car is reliable and fun. I have had issues with this car such as the transmission wire harness needing to be replaced and the rear axle dif leaking and needing to be replaced. I also had an engine crank shaft house crack and that caused my car to stall. Other than these few minor issues it has been great. The car has a decent entertainment system but sometimes the CUE system lags a little bit. The electronic readings on my fuel MPG and my fuel tank estimate are wrong usually but they are about correct to the true reading. I would buy this car again.

I live in Montana so I was talked to multiple MB dealerships in the Region and MB Lynnwood were the nicest and most helpful out of all of them. Andy & Jesse are great. I was pleasantly surprised with my recent purchasing experience with West Coast Auto Works. Nick, the salesman, was polite, friendly, and helpful. Steven (Stephen?) in the finance department was fantastic as well, and it was refreshing that both of them were car guys. The pricing was transparent and fair and they were able to truly surprise me with a fantastic loan. I was also very appreciative of the speed with which the process was completed. I know that many dealerships train their staff to keep prospective customers on the sales floor for as long as possible; I was set up with a test drive, given a clear price, and provided options for financing very quickly. And--this bears repeating--the experience was excellent and I was amazed at the quality of the financing. I have no complaints.

The vehicle has been good so far. I like the handling and style. I would like to see a little more padding on the console where my knee rests. It would make it more comfortable. The seats could use a little work also. I have a Ram truck and the seats are more comfortable.
