Recently I had to get a newer car and believe me I was stressed because of the situation but when I went to CarMax which this is my second car from them it was once again amazing to work with them! I had the pleasure of working with 2 amazing sales associates. Helen Mayo who was my main sales associate and Cheyeene Toliver who helped out my wife and myself when Helen was off! We own two XT 5’s 2017 AWD and 2018 FWD. I can not recommend these vehicles more highly. Eight years with the 2017 and no major issues at all. Regular oil changes and have been diligent with manufacturing recommended services. The vehicle is comfortable, reliable and I am keeping it to the end. 78,500 miles by the way. The 2018 is 6 months old with me. I purchased it with 18,000 miles. Just finished having all fluids flushed, plugs changed out and some high quality tires on it, and look for to owning it for the long haul. I am very impressed with these vehicles. They feel solid in inclimate weather, handle exceptionally well and the fit and feel are top notch!

I have a 2013 XTS Platinum. I brought it with 46k miles on it. I now have 209k and had 0 issues out the engine and transmission so far. I want a newer CT6 or a 2019 XTS but I'm not in a rush because this car has been the most reliable car I ever owned

Incredible vehicle. Best price & performance in class when released. Daily driver that can haul 5 people in luxury and still hang with the new Corvettes of its time: 0-60 in 3.9 seconds, 1/4 mile in 12 seconds @ 120mph, top speed 198 (Although the automatic was electronically limited to 178mph). Bullet proof engine & drivetrain. Cheap to maintain. Used ones are a bargain. Where can you get a 550+ hp Reliable luxury sedan for under $40k? Prices appear to be rising, perhaps due to rarity and that the CTS-Vs are no longer being produced.

The Luxury and comfort leveli is not the same that. people got from the early 2000's and earlier models.Disappointing and makes you wonder why you are paying an upcharge over a basic gm or chevrolet of same size just for the name
