His communications skills are outstanding and beyond reproach. Also Sam, the sales associate who spent alot of time with this elderly couple, went above and beyond to meet our needs. His product knowledge coupled with his comm. skills made this experience non stressful. And last, but not least, Will, the finance guru, finished the deal professionally and left us totally satisfied with the terms we needed. I recently had my timing chain replaced here, and it began to leak afterward. I made a phone call, and they attended to my needs. I scheduled an appointment for them to inspect it, and they honored the warranty work. They completed the task promptly, and the staff was courteous. Although the personnel were busy, they took the time to address any inquiries. Will continue to come back for any work on my vehicle.
