As a first-time Range Rover (SE SUV) buyer I was very much impressed. Every aspect of the buying process was notably superb. My overall first-class experience started when I entered the showroom and I was warmly greeted by Derrick Reason, Client Advisor. I found Derrick to be exceptionally knowledgeable on the technical specs and attributes of the 2025 Range Rover SE SUV. Mr. Reason was not only well-informed and conversant, but equally important he was very nice, friendly and easy to talk to. Mr. Reason also introduced me to Mr. Tony Moorehead, Manager; who was also knowledgeable, very pleasant, helpful and he was definitely instrumental in moving me to a highly committed buyer phase. After speaking with both Mr. Reason and Mr. Moorehead, I firmly decided to move forward and begin the formal application process. Mr. Reason described the financing process in detail before introducing me to Omar Qaraghuli, Finance Director. Mr. Qaraghuli was thorough in explaining all financing options and I knew rightaway that he was very skilled in luxury vehicle financing and Omar successfully secured financing. Overall, I give Derrick, Tony, and Omar high marks and in turn Land Rover Chantilly. Prior to walking into the showroom at Land Rover Chantilly I had very high expectations and admittedly my expectation were overwhelmingly met! Kudos to the sales & financing teams! Job well done!

What a pleasant experience. My first time financing a vehicle. When going to initially look at the vehicle, I discovered a few issues. Obviously no used car is going to be perfect, nor was I expecting it to be. They told me to come back the next day and the issues would be fixed. I came back and they did in fact fix the car. They are willing to and have went above and beyond.

This weekend I visited the Lease Return Center to purchase a truck, and I can honestly say this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. Even with that level of pressure, he remained calm, professional, and extremely attentive to every customer. What really stood out to me was how David handled the situation. Despite juggling multiple customers, he never made me feel rushed or overlooked. That level of customer service is rare, especially in such a high-demand environment. While waiting, I walked the lot and was genuinely impressed by the quality of their inventory. They had a great selection of upscale vehicles, all well-maintained and appealing. It definitely speaks to the standard this dealership maintains. Once David was able to assist me, he was knowledgeable, patient, and very transparent throughout the entire process. Simply the best! Our salesman Sam was wonderful, Mark (finance) professional and quick— All around perfect experience in every way! Easiest buying experience we ever had! Very pleased with my whole experience. From answering my questions to able to sign all the paperwork virtually to them helping beat my bank's interest rate by more than 2%, I felt like they were always in my camp. When I got there the car was clean/detailed, filled with gas and ready to go! When I'm ready to upgrade I will be going to them first.
