Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

On the second contact both my daughter and her husband were able to be there and they too were very impressed and satisfied and they purchased the vehicle. Christopher is very detailed to make sure all steps of the purchase and delivery process were completed including a tour of the dealership service department and introduction with the Service Manager and Service Advisor. All other employees we encountered at the dealership were also very friendly and efficient - finance, sales manager, cashier and other sales staff. I had a flat, it caused rim scrapping on both tires on drivers side, I called Brennen and brought the car in and this morning Patty called and it was a nail and they could repair tire and have rims fixed. We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

The Luxury and comfort leveli is not the same that. people got from the early 2000's and earlier models.Disappointing and makes you wonder why you are paying an upcharge over a basic gm or chevrolet of same size just for the name

I am shocked with all these negative reviews. I"ve had mine 3 years and no issues. Kids love it, it's got so much room it's ruined other cars for me. This car gives you everything and more than a Range Rover offers, I know this for a fact because my Fiance drives one. Great functional car.

Road noise is loud, Water leak in front passenger side during heavy rain or car wash. Engine noise that the tech can’t locate. The XT 5 is a very nice size SUV. For a high end vehicle the warranty should be better in length and milage..

This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

Prompt and courteous reply to my inquiries. Remained in contact but not pushy... good balance. Good 'dealer-sense' and manners.

Bought car after lease expired. car is really reliable. No major problems. 1 drawback is not great gas mileage. 3.6 engine is very responsive. Overall good reliable car.

We were looking for an Audi Q3 for my daughter. We visited several other dealerships that had some, but they were missing one thing or another (I.e. I bought it brand new in 2003. It literally had 6 miles on it. It's April of 2025 and she's still runs like a beast. I have 345,000 miles on her and she can still get all of that 345 horses with ease. Since I've had her I've only had to replace the water pump, fuel pump, and the alternator. She still runs like a dream! That 26 gallon fuel tank will let me go 8 hours non stop in any direction on the highway. I think I'll keep her!
