Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

Beautiful! Smooth ride. Elegant. A pure reliable luxury vehicle. The ride is so smooth. I love the look and feel of the whole experience in driving this car.

3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

I will save you from the embroidery and give the highlights of my experience. Our family purchased two vehicles in consecutive weeks, the most recent being a 2014 MB E550 as of yesterday. My nephew got accepted in business school and we decided to get him a 2015 MB C400. We had a wonderful experience with his transaction and yesterday was even better! The Pre Owned Director, Mr. Jon Keblesh, walked with us throughout the whole process ensuring a smooth and fair negotiation for both parties. The General Manager Mr. Jason Wier even got involved to manufacture the deal when we hit a small road block and made sure it went through. Even the Finance Director, Mr. Louie Richards, was a consummate professional - even if both deals ended up being cash transactions. He was still very polite and a pleasure to deal with. I even told him he reminded me of a family member in California. Thus, that is a great segway…They treated us like family. Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. Excellent ride, comfort, and superior durability. My vehicle is pristine and l love it. 40 years old, over 25 brand new purchases and this one is still a daily driver!!!

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

My wife and I were out shopping for a new vehicle. We had heard that Cadillac of Novi had some good prices on XT6s. Our lease on our 2022 Acadia was up and we wanted something of a similar size as the new Acadia was now on a larger platform. We walked in and were met by Matt Lee. Matt was extremely helpful with looking at our options for an XT6. We found a model and color that we liked and we took it for a test drive. We started talking numbers and liked what we heard. We had some time while Matt was running some numbers and so we looked at the other vehicles in the showroom. We saw a very cool Lyric and checked it out. We noticed the sticker was a bit higher than the XT6 so we thought it was out of our price range. Matt came over and walked us through some of the cool features in the Lyric and said he would give us some ballpark pricing because there were some good incentives. We were surprised by how the incentives lowered the price of the car. We had some very straightforward negotiations and Matt found us additional incentives and Matt and the finance manager, Tim Hemingway, came back with very aggressive prices. The figures were better than any I had seen online. Timm was a pleasure to deal with as we signed the lease agreement. Matt and Cadillac of Novi exceeded our expectations. They have taken great care of us and made a usually stressful experience into a pleasurable one. We highly recommend Cadillac of Novi.

I purchased a used 2021 model Sport and after being very impressed sold it in order to get a 2022 Sport with Super Cruise, which I absolutely love. I love all of the new technology, with the exception of Apple Car Play. I had a 2016 prior to this generation and was surprised that the gas mileage is actually better on the newer one. The ride is the best ever.

We went to Feldman of highland to look for a use Traverse that would meet our our needs. Kirk in sales met us outside and asked if he could us, he did. Two days later he called us and told us about a beautiful Traverse 2022 that just came in as a lease turn in. That next day we signed papers for the Traverse.
