Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

No issues and it is much better than electric cars. Safer and much less expensive to own. Also much more convenient for normal driving .Not weekly range anxiety as I had when I owned an electric car. Never buy electric again.

The Cadillac XT4 Is a good SUV,it just falls a little short in some categories that could make it great.A little better performance.better quaity interior pieces and some reliably issues.

If you’re looking for a very comfortable full-size Family SUV this is the one for you! The ESV has so much more room behind the seats for groceries and shopping, etc.than the standard size! We have the standard size and there was barely enough room to cut a case of soda behind the seat. There is plenty of storage for shopping, etc. The backseats come out easily you can haul anything that a pick up truck would haul except it is inside abs out of the weather! It is loaded with so many nice features and convenience. The ride on the Cadillac Escalade platinum is the best you can imagine. You cannot feel the transmission shifting, and it is so smooth and quiet! Entertainment provided in the SUV is so nice! You can watch DVDs listen to CDs or play games easily from your own private port. The sound system is amazing! There’s a total of four monitors! Plus, there is availability of using four headphones for each individual to do their own private listening whether a game or watching TV, etc. Cadillac Escalade platinum ESV has towing capability and a robust 6.2 later engine with more power than you can imagine! It has heated and cold cup powder, as well as all kept seats are heated and cooled and the steering is heated and cooled! You also have availability of automatic bright lights while driving at night. This is a big beneficial feature. The gas mileage is good for such a nice big SUV with all these features going upwards to 17 mpg and over! I am sure you will not be disappointed with the selection of this if you want something for comfort and reliability plus amazing style. Safe and comfort is very reliable in this full size family SUV! Let me start by saying this service department is the best I have ever worked with. Recently I dropped my car off and received a loaner. I left my sunglasses inside the loaner and when I went back to see if they found them Ron greeted me and looked in all the loaners they had and even called another customer to check it they were in that car. He said he would continue looking and follow up with me and he did just that! Every time I go there I am greeted with a smile and I'm provided with amazing service wether it's an oil change or body work needed or even looking for sunglasses. I actually purchased my 2014 ATS 2.0T awd Luxury on eBay in Sep of 2019. The car had 55k and I won the auction at $8400! So for me, this was, and remains the best purchase I’ve ever made. Despite having a salvage title, the car looked great, and performed flawlessly. I’m currently at 112500 miles and I’ve only had to replace the radiator expansion tank (common issue easily resolved for less than $150 and under an hour DIY. My experience was $88 parts and 30 minutes to replace.). When it came time for brake pad replacement, I decided to switch out the 4 rotors for drilled/slotted, but this was just to get a sportier look, all it really needed was the brake pads replaced. I’ve changed the oil every 4 - 5k miles with Mobil1 full synthetic. Just remembered that I had to replace the CUE screen as well, this was $120 parts and 90 minutes DIY. Plenty of YouTube videos to walk anyone through it. As of right now, the automatic transmission is shifting somewhat hard, both up and down, and this seems to come and go. My plan is to have a local shop do a transmission flush and replace the filter. Hopefully that works. The other issue that seems to come and go is the mixing box for the front passenger vents, sometimes it only blows hot air. Overall, I’ve been very happy with my ATS. At the time I purchased it I was just simply looking for a somewhat sporty all-wheel-drive vehicle so I could go visit my son in Colorado during snowboarding season. My car is made several trips up there and handles excellent in the snow. Overall, I love the look of the car from every angle. My example is Red Obsession Tintcoat with Black wheels. I deleted the chrome trim around the windows using plasti dip. This was a personal preference, I then added chrome, spike style lug, nuts, lol to accent the door handles. This car has been wonderful to me and these five years of ownership. Pros: Appearance Performance (Beat a 2017 Hemi Charger equipped with exhaust and several bolt ones.) Reliability Brand Recognition Comfort for driver and FRONT passenger Cons; Premium Fuel. (It says recommended, but the consensus from all the owners forums is to only use 91 minimum. Standard headlights weren’t enough for me. I replaced with LEDs for under $100 on Amazon. Rear passenger access/egress and comfort is lacking, despite having a four door sedan. No spare tire. Sticker price of 40 K when new in 2014 seems more than a little high, definitely worth picking up a used example. Maybe you’ll get as lucky as I did.

I purchased the 2020 Cadillac XT5 midsize crossover based on the stylish looks, comfortable ride and optional V6 engine which takes regular gas. The panoramic sunroof, electronic precision shifter and interior design adds to the overall driving experience. The ride is good, but there is more road noise than expected probably due to no under carriage engine shield which makes the cabin not as isolated as it could be. Also there should be as standard equipment a rear mirror camera due to poor visibility. It appears many used Cadillac XT5 have some minor rear damage when checking the Carfax report.

We own two XT 5’s 2017 AWD and 2018 FWD. I can not recommend these vehicles more highly. Eight years with the 2017 and no major issues at all. Regular oil changes and have been diligent with manufacturing recommended services. The vehicle is comfortable, reliable and I am keeping it to the end. 78,500 miles by the way. The 2018 is 6 months old with me. I purchased it with 18,000 miles. Just finished having all fluids flushed, plugs changed out and some high quality tires on it, and look for to owning it for the long haul. I am very impressed with these vehicles. They feel solid in inclimate weather, handle exceptionally well and the fit and feel are top notch!

Road noise is loud, Water leak in front passenger side during heavy rain or car wash. Engine noise that the tech can’t locate. The XT 5 is a very nice size SUV. For a high end vehicle the warranty should be better in length and milage..

Bought a 2019 Hyundai Sonata from these people; it's pretty great so far. There are definitely some issues here and there, but what do you expect from a used car? Ilmar was the goat, great dude, always helping me out, no issues as of yet, won't say anything about the car, as its too early, but costumer service was fantastic, couldn't have asked for better.

Had roadside assistance bring car in for what I assumed was a warranty related issue since the car has only 12k miles but it ended up being a damaged radiator. Cam was incredibly helpful in setting me up with a rental for the night and the service tech who started the repair late Thursday came in on his day off to finish the repair. I wasn?t thrilled with such a bill on a relatively new car, but Cam?s exemplary service resulted in a great service experience.

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.
