I had made a previous trip to Shottenkirk Toyota on September 12th and met with salesman, Brendon Powell. I had wanted to trade in a Nissan Titan and after discovering that truck had issues, Brendon had to tell me that they could not make a trade, it was tough on him but at least he was truthful. I made my next trip to Shottenkirk on September the 19th with another vehicle to trade in on a Toyota Tundra and I made appointment with Brendon Powell again. This was a good choice since he knew all the information from before. Brendon worked extremely hard to have the vehicle I had pick out work but with my previous new Titan hanging over me he was having issues making financials meeting my demand. Brendon continued to work on my case and brought in Danielle from finance to assist me, while Danielle was explaining me details she received a call, and said she had good news, a truck had arrived that was not listed and that truck would fit my budget!! I would like to commend both Brendon and Danielle because they listened and worked with me to find a truck that would fit my budget and my needs. I have been let down by Nissan with a lemon truck but Shottenkirk redeamed my faith in dealerships and I left with a new Tundra that without those two working together I would have never achieved.

Just a beast!! Just doesnt ride as nice as my Escalade and CT6 V BW. So much quicker off the line and from moving than my CT6 V BW. Kinda wish I got the electric blue over the darker blue but my loss. Gas guzzler but it is a beautiful car that is stylish.

My brother-in-law recommended that I check out car max when needing to purchase a good used car. First I went on line to see what cars were available. I found exactly what I wanted, in my budget, at the Plano location. Luis Delatorre, my fabulous agent, at the Fort Worth, River Ranch Blvd., had the car transported to Fort Worth and I purchased it on sight! I Drove it around the block, and had all the paperwork efficiently delivered to me within 30 minutes! I've found my future dealership and will recommend Car Max to anyone who will listen to me!

I have owned 9 Cadillac’s.and this has been the best one ever. Runs great,rides great and the 35 mpg on the highway is fantastic. Has all the power I need. I would recommend this model to anyone. Rated 5 Star!

The CT5 sport looks great and rides great. I don't have any complaints, everything is great so far. The dealer, Dimmitt Cadillac in St Pete has been great as well.

Bought a 2020 CT5 as a replacement for my wife’s 2010 Mini Cooper S. She loves it, and it’s a very comfortable car with some really nice options. We got the All Wheel Drive (AWD) version with the turbocharged 2 liter engine, and it has plenty of get up and go.

I wanted this car... Value for money is excellent for this level. The twin turbo V6 is plenty powerful... The quality and attention to detail is apparent. Rides great! Handles great! Can choose between touring and sport mode mode ..sport mode tightens everything up and makes the exhaust note more aggressive..And it's American.

My, Northstar is easy to drive. I like the trunk space. The air-conditioning is in joyable in both front and back. Nice radio, easy-to-use. It can be use from steering wheel and dashboard.

The service department did a good job diagnosing and fixing my truck in a reasonable amount of time. Steve did a good job of keeping me informed throughout the process. Will definitely be taking it back for future services to come.

I purchased vehicle use. I had car for four months,so far iam satisfied with it ,previously own ct6.i was concern about transmission problems. Think previous owner had cadillac, to fix problem. Car has plenty,power.

I had a great experience with Mo and AJ. If you go there looking for a Range Rover or a high-end Audi just know that no matter where you buy that car it's going to have problems. There's about $800 in fees, pretty standard at dealerships like this one. The prices ar quite a bit lower than CarMax and other dealerships, so just kind of factor that in and you're still getting a Fair Deal out the door.

A little smaller than I would have liked, however, considering its competition my choice over any BMW, Toyo/Lexus or Niss/Infiniti. Got a great deal on a leaseback and over 3 years less than 2K deprecition. ALSO, it's got three pedals!!! Woudn't drive anything else. People talk about reliabilty ... haven't had a glich.

Exceptional service. I gave up a 2018 Mercedes AMG GLEs Coupe, almost 600 HP and lots of great features; nearly $130,000 new. I traded for a 2024 Cadillac CT5-V, and my only regret is not doing it sooner. I love this thing, but realize I'm a sedan guy so that may influence my rating. The caddy is awesome, gorgeous exterior, great performance, great technology, and fun to drive. I got the upgraded interior so I don't have the complaints I've seen elsewhere on the interior quality. If you're like me and still prefer a gasoline performance car that gets decent mileage, I highly recommend this car. Love it!

In my 20s, I had a 2005 Cadillac CTS in red. It was a wonderful car—super fast, and I loved driving it. It was both sleek and powerful, and honestly, that car was my world. I regret not keeping it, even though it needed thousands in repairs. Fast forward to today, and I have another Cadillac. She’s beautiful, but she’ll never be my first love.

This is a very good car but it must be driven like the big car it is. I have 115000 miles on mine, bought it with 89000 four years ago. I have had some mechanical issues but all cars do at this mileage. The mpg is low (9-11 local, 25 highway) but the ride makes up for it. The car cant be beat for road trips and I still get compliments on the look of it. I budget 100/ month for upkeep plus 15/month for tires. Over the long haul this has been very close to actual costs for repairs and maintenance. It is a great car .

My experience at this dealership was great! Garret was my salesperson and he was very experienced and did a great job helping with my car purchase. He gave me the keys and I knew it was the one. I test drove the car and it drove perfectly. The tires looked pretty new and the inside had no damage. The cars on their lot are very clean and maintained. Sam was who I worked with on the financing and he was very thorough in explaining all the options that I had. All the people there that I met were very nice and friendly. I have a ct6 platinum with super cruise. 4 years now bought used . I have driven it 60k miles. Not a single problem. Normally gets 30mpg with the 3.6v6 on highway about 24 in town. The car handles fantastic on any surface. I love it. Highly recommend it.

No repairs required runs great beautiful design brakes are squeaking seems to be stalling when going basic speed. Love the interior exterior design comfortable ride
