Although we did not yet buy from CarMax, we were very impressed with both their helpfulness and and their low-pressure. The salesman seemed more interested in getting us into the right vehicle than he did in making a sale, which was impressive.

My wife and I purchased a 2015 Camaro today and we love it. The car is clean and smooth and the price was just right as well. All I can say is GREAT things for this company and Andy Rosales as a salesman. I came here looking for a low mileage nice Golf. I didn’t have an appointment but Andy Rosales came out right away and came across as an acquaintance/friend rather than a salesman right off the bat, and didn’t try to push a sale on me at all. Just asked if I wanted to look and test drive some. I test drove 4 cars, and Andy was super nice about letting me test drive all the vehicles I wanted to look at. they had 3 options on site and another at another location here in the springs. I just came to test drive the first day and was planning on going home and sleeping on it. And they had no problem with that and just provided a phone number to reach out. No pushy salesman tactics you see at most auto dealers, by the salesman, manager, or financing manager. I came back the next morning to talk numbers. I did my research on the vehicle and they were very transparent with me throughout the whole process. Like any dealership, negotiation skills are helpful, but I truly believe based off my experience that this dealership is truly not out to scam you. I got the EXACT car I wanted, for a veryyy competitive price. I am 100% coming back here as far as I’m concerned.

I just purchased a used 2016 Luxury Coupe 2.0. Love the driving experience and the styling/interior. 64,000 miles. The Kona interior with sapa wood trim is beautiful . Only problem so far is one of the HID headlights is going out, expensive to replace.

I wanted this car... Value for money is excellent for this level. The twin turbo V6 is plenty powerful... The quality and attention to detail is apparent. Rides great! Handles great! Can choose between touring and sport mode mode ..sport mode tightens everything up and makes the exhaust note more aggressive..And it's American.

This 18 year old Car has "lasted 10 years" like it should, as the song says. Its still smooth, powerful, and everything still works. The original white paint still looks like new. Of course, the previous owner obviously took care of it, and I will too. Heads turn, when I arrive in this, even tho, Used, I paid about 20 cents on the dollar for what most new ones cost. Sure, I miss the backup camera, the blind spot monitor, and adaptive cruise of my newer cars, but, I fixed the BSM with a small round concave mirror which eliminated that blind spot. I feel very safe in the powerful big car, that gets surprisingly great mileage on the hiway, sometimes close to 30 miles per gallon, with an average of around 27 hiway. Of course its much worse around town, stop and go. The trunk is so large, that a small family could move in the trunk and live there. Well not quite. This model is the "fleet livery" model. I understand that GM put a 3 year 150,000 mile warranty on the fleet models.. you dont want it to break, so that warranty is a vote of confidence. I think a big difference between "fleet" models and the regular Caddy, is the fleet has an oversized radiator, and holds 60 percent more oil. This is important because radiators tend to clog up, reducing capacity, over time, and causing the engine to heat up. Overheating is a killer of engines and this massive radiator keeps it cool no matter what. It also takes extra oil..8 quarts. That keeps it cool, too. It costs a little more oil at oil changes, But that's but its a small price to pay for a very reliable car.

My entire experience at this dealership was extremely positive! The sales staff was very friendly and helpful. The store manager was very much involved in a positive way. I am very comfortable with having purchased a 2020 Tacoma there.

I have owned 9 Cadillac’s.and this has been the best one ever. Runs great,rides great and the 35 mpg on the highway is fantastic. Has all the power I need. I would recommend this model to anyone. Rated 5 Star!
