I have a ct6 platinum with super cruise. 4 years now bought used . I have driven it 60k miles. Not a single problem. Normally gets 30mpg with the 3.6v6 on highway about 24 in town. The car handles fantastic on any surface. I love it. Highly recommend it.

I was super impressed with this dealership its HUGE. I went in wanting to purchase a Nissan Frontier. The customer service was exceptional. Teresa was my sales personnel she was very knowledgeable and kind. I would have to say the finance department could use a little work on providing faster assistance. I traded my 3 year old 2019 Blazer to get a new CT5-V Series. The car is nicely equipped & lovely to look at inside & out. The leather black & white interior has a hi-end look & feel, plus heated & ventilated seats. This car is about the same size as the current model Honda Accord. The 360hp V6 feels willing, able & smooth. The exhaust has a sporty note. 10 speed auto shifts very smoothly. This is the best driving Cadillac I've been in & just to reiterate, has a sporty feel. It's not the "cushy" Brougham feeling Caddy's were known for in the 1980's. It looks very smart, has enough advanced technology to boggle your mind & overall, gets you there in style! On the downside, I ordered this car in March & took the process 7 months before car arrived at my Dealership.

I recommend the 550T option. What a fun driver. The interior height is low if you have the sun roof option. The new colors are great as well.

I went to Hgreg Nissan about two hours earlier than my scheduled appointment and everyone was very welcoming. The receptionist and the general manager was at the front desk,a sales manager assigned sales person Cesar to me. Cesar was at no time pushed any extras and made the car buying process easy and stress free. It was a five star experience from start to end. It helps a lot to do your research beforehand.

If you don't want to read all of the way through: Great sales department, everyone is wonderful, slow process, miscommunication is an issue but handled well, would highly recommend. I needed a new car after Hurricane Irma and I had inquired through internet sales, since I live about 3 and a half hours away, about a 2017 Dodge Journey. I received an automated response instantly to give Giovannah a call, so I did. She confirmed the car was still available and I said I could be there the next day to purchase it but that my husband could not be there; we were told it would be no problem and that we could make it work somehow to still have him be on the loan. I was told to ask for Giovannah when we arrived. I arrived the next morning a few minutes before opening and decided to walk around the lot. Ashley greeted us and we mentioned we were there for a specific vehicle and that we were told to ask for Giovannah. Ashley said it was no problem and that we would have to use a sales associate any ways as internet sales does not work the sales floor/lot. She went to get the keys and I saw that I had a voicemail from Alex at the dealership saying to ask for him when I arrive. I told Ashley since we were already there and she took care of it and made a deal with Alex. We felt bad, but we did not have any knowledge of who was really going to be helping us prior to our arrival. So we carried on with Ashley helping us. She showed us a Dodge Journey Crossroad (loved it!) and it was above my price range but she wanted to try to get us the deal on it. She tried as hard as she could before the sales manager came out, Rick I believe? And even he tried to make the numbers work with a longer loan term and such. That being said, we decided to go with the less expensive Journey SE and Rick helped us get a wonderful deal. Unfortunately, we were misinformed and we were told my husband would have to be present to have his name on the loan. When we made it to financing, they said they could do it in just my name but due to me being a first time car buyer, my interest rate would be higher, even with a great credit score. So we played around with the numbers and got it to where we were only $5 above my personal monthly payment cap and I was comfortable with that. Overall, everyone was absolutely lovely and I would highly recommend Dadeland DCJR for a vehicle purchase. The facility is very well kept and they have really great hours, even open on Sundays. My main gripes would be the misinformation about my husband having to be present and the process was very slow especially when we knew the exact car we were there for. Otherwise, everything was great and 2 days later I still love my new car.
