So far a really nice SUV. I just feel like with the price on Escalades, they missed on the interior design. You can really get on the gas when driving but the takeoff is really heavy. It almost feels really slow. Not sure on the idle but not as smooth as I would like. But it looks great! This SUV is a head turner and will standout. Just don't be afraid to spend money if you need to. Luxury SUVs are like women. They need money and love. Give them that and they will be around for a while.

Road noise is loud, Water leak in front passenger side during heavy rain or car wash. Engine noise that the tech can’t locate. The XT 5 is a very nice size SUV. For a high end vehicle the warranty should be better in length and milage..

Great low-pressure experience. They were able to answer our questions and were very personable.

3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

In our long search for a Mustang, we finally found our dream car, 2021 GT Mustang California Special. It was well worth the wait. Being 2.5 hours away I was worried that it wouldn't be as good as condition as the pictures. But with the help of Burgandy she set my mind at ease with the walk around videos and especially the cold-start video! I was sold the moment I heard that beast fire up! And a word of advice to you car guys worried about dealing with a female, don't be! Burgandy knows her stuff and appreciates bad-xxx cars just as well as any man I know! Burgandy, I know you love the sound of this car, so I'll text you a video of what it sounds like doing 155 mph sometime soon! The whole staff was very friendly and excited (and sad) to see this beast of a Mustang get sold. Ben from the finance department was great to deal with and also a Ford guy! My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

The vehicle has been good so far. I like the handling and style. I would like to see a little more padding on the console where my knee rests. It would make it more comfortable. The seats could use a little work also. I have a Ram truck and the seats are more comfortable.

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

I started by applying for credit after the Salesmen James Anderson all my annoying questions. He never skipped over a question but answered each question fully. This built trust as I had trouble at other dealerships with honest communication and even some questions ignored in hopes I wouldn’t ask again. I was approved but dragged my feet and thought about waiting and decided to reach out again and test drive mainly because I liked car and the honesty of James and never high pressure tactics or constant emails. Just if we can answer anything else for you let us know by the great fiancé dept as well. Upon entering I found this a nice surprise in that it was not a typical atmosphere that I’ve experienced the car lots. My father sold cars as a side job and he’s a lot was the only one I truly enjoyed until I came to this lot. They were laid-back professional, friendly, and completely upfront. I felt like I meant a friend that I haven’t seen for a while and the experience with the salesman and the finance department was so pleasant. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that’s had a bad experience at other dealerships, James is a great salesman and has many years of experience and the finance department started at the same time he did and they make a great pair and getting you into the vehicle that you want on your terms if possible. So needless to say, I waited about 10 days and decided to visit the lot test drive the car meet the salesman that have been helping me and drive away in my new Buick. If I ever want another car being a senior, I will go back to the same dealership.
