Bought a 2024 Tucson SEL. Overall I love it. I’ve noticed in the less than two weeks I’ve owned it a couple of flaws. The automatic RADIO volume adjustment does not appear to work. And more problematic and safety oriented is the driver side sun visor. It is not the expandable (slider) variety. So you have to take your eyes off of traffic and duck your head to push it to the driver side window. NOT GOOD.

Excellent handling, very maneuverable, very tight turning radius, decent fuel economy, great infotainment system and navigation, great paint job, very comfortable seats. Very satisfied with my XT5.

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

I traded in a 6 month old Lexus hybrid for a Mitsibushi lancer. I paid $20k for the lexus and my 16 year old pretended to like it but he hated it. It was a lame hybrid and his friends laughed at him. So before he even got his license and had only added 400 miles to the car I took it back. Eliot got me a deal on a Mitsibushi with 19,000 miles. The trade in came back at $14,000. Eliot WENT BACK AND GOT ME A BETTER DEAL! because I was a previous Carmax customer. I ended up with a 5 year warranty on the Mitsubishi and a $700 refund... You cannot beat Carmax. I had just got this car and it's been to the shop twice, first 2 days I had it I loved it, the performance is great and the interior is amazing! I have the sport utility model and I love all the features and the sound of the xt5!! Over the week my power liftgate stopped working/ would only work at certain times, my check engine light came on reading codes about the camshaft and coolant temp not being high enough. I'm not sure what's going on, this might just be a me problem but over all very nice car, just alot of bells and whistles and specific dealerships to go through if it ever needs repairs.

The XT5 has met all of our expectations in handling, performance and comfort. The 3.6 engine has excellent mileage and power. Interior is very comfortable and stylish. The XT5 appearance does distinguish itself from a lot of SUV's out there. I bought vehicle from a lease return and it looks like it belongs on the show room floor

Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. Excellent ride, comfort, and superior durability. My vehicle is pristine and l love it. 40 years old, over 25 brand new purchases and this one is still a daily driver!!!

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

Comfort in a car is important Smooth driving and pushes power whenever you accelerate. Love it but not the brake recall. My dog looks forward to car rides. She (dog) feels like royalty when she rolls in mama's lac.
