The Luxury and comfort leveli is not the same that. people got from the early 2000's and earlier models.Disappointing and makes you wonder why you are paying an upcharge over a basic gm or chevrolet of same size just for the name

Omg I don’t know where to start! I came in knowing that or thought that I was not going to be able to get a car because of my credit. How about I let with the exact color and model and it’s fully loaded couldn’t have be happier. I had to leave the best for last Tom is the man he is funny but about his business. And I can’t leave Chris out !!!!

Road noise is loud, Water leak in front passenger side during heavy rain or car wash. Engine noise that the tech can’t locate. The XT 5 is a very nice size SUV. For a high end vehicle the warranty should be better in length and milage..

Fixed a intermittent battery drain that was driving me nuts. Service Technician (Anthony) really went the extra mile to repair. Can't speak more highly of service team.

This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

I purchased a 2025 Ct4 Luxury from Delaware Cadillac in July 2025. I noticed some inconsistencies in the paint on the passenger rear quarter panel and the rear parking sensors were working intermittently. I contacted Tony in the service department, and she checked the problems I had. She scheduled an appointment with the paint service and had the parking sensors checked. The day I came in for the scheduled service, Mike checked my Ct4 again to make sure he saw the problems too be corrected. I was given a Ct4 to drive while the work was being done on my vehicle, this was helpful because its the same car and I did not have to figure anything out. Mike called and told me that the paint was worked on but he did not think it was any better than I had done with the touch up and the parking sensors were checked and seemed to be as they were supposed to be. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was very happy with the paint work and the vehicle was clean as I left it. It is important to me that some one knows that I am very satisfied with the way this issue was handled . I want give kudos to Dane Tjaden for sales, Mike Anderson and Toni Spille for service. When I arrived for the service, Mike Anderson inspected my CT4 again to confirm the issues and ensure everything would be addressed properly. I was provided with a loaner CT4, which I greatly appreciated—it made the transition seamless since it was the same model I’m familiar with. Mike later contacted me to provide an update. He informed me that while the paint had been retouched, he personally didn’t feel it was much of an improvement over my own previous touch-up. He also noted that the parking sensors were tested and found to be operating as expected. However, when I picked up my vehicle, I was genuinely pleased with the paint work—it looked much better than I anticipated. The vehicle was also returned to me clean and in great condition, exactly as I had left it. I want to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent customer service I received. It’s important to me that someone knows how satisfied I am with how this situation was handled. I’d like to especially recognize Dane Tjaden in sales, and both Mike Anderson and Toni Spille in service. Their professionalism, transparency, and care made all the difference. Thank you again. I'm from Colorado and buying a car out of state is so nerve wracking. Tony & Syndie were awesome to work with. Tony provided specific details I was needing to the car and great videos. Every time I asked a question, I was told the keys to the car are with the GM. This was so meaningful to me as no one is allowed to mess with the cars unless they are serious and go through the process which is a huge advantage to the buyer. Obviously, the GM is highly competent & knows how to run a multimillion-dollar dealership & knows how to exceed buyers' expectations. I look forward to finalizing & the delivery process. Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

Dave made the process super easy. I saw a couple options online, spoke with him on the phone and worked the deal, he FedEx me the paperwork and coordinated shipping. Incredibly smooth car buying process. He’s text me a few times since delivery to make sure all is good. Will definitely buy my next car from Dave again.

First of all, I purchased the XT5 Sport AWD with the Platinum package, sticker $69,530. Truthfully, this is a fine ride, and a pleasure to drive. Everything is at your fingertips and easy to use. A couple of items I miss would be the floating high beams that come with intellibeams, the accent lighting in the interior was a nice feature. My final complaint, not enough USB ports. It could use a couple on the dash just below the radio.

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. Excellent ride, comfort, and superior durability. My vehicle is pristine and l love it. 40 years old, over 25 brand new purchases and this one is still a daily driver!!!

I purchased the 2020 Cadillac XT5 midsize crossover based on the stylish looks, comfortable ride and optional V6 engine which takes regular gas. The panoramic sunroof, electronic precision shifter and interior design adds to the overall driving experience. The ride is good, but there is more road noise than expected probably due to no under carriage engine shield which makes the cabin not as isolated as it could be. Also there should be as standard equipment a rear mirror camera due to poor visibility. It appears many used Cadillac XT5 have some minor rear damage when checking the Carfax report.

From the moment you sit in the 2023 Cadillac XT5 your totally blown away by the all new interior features and styling. As per the ride, softer than any vehicle I have ever drove. Big Thumbs up to Cadillac!

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

The XT5 has met all of our expectations in handling, performance and comfort. The 3.6 engine has excellent mileage and power. Interior is very comfortable and stylish. 3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

Bought car after lease expired. car is really reliable. No major problems. 1 drawback is not great gas mileage. 3.6 engine is very responsive. Overall good reliable car.
