This dealer is the bomb, I drove six hours to get to the dealership and the car that I drove to see was exactly how they described. Closed the deal within 1 hr. When I got home I looked for the wheel lock nut and it wasn’t there, went to dealer locally and bought one. Let unlimited motors know about the transaction and they refunded me for the part. For the past 37+ years I have driven Cadillacs purchased from Lockhart! ALL SERVICE WORK has been performed at Lockhart, as well. I have always been pleased and continue to return to Lockhart for a car purchase and all service work! However, the last BATTERY I purchased from Lockhart failed after approx 11,000 miles and left me stranded last Friday. I expected better than 11,000 miles from a Lockhart purchase! I'm disappointed in the quality and performance of this battery!

3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

So far a really nice SUV. I just feel like with the price on Escalades, they missed on the interior design. You can really get on the gas when driving but the takeoff is really heavy. It almost feels really slow. Not sure on the idle but not as smooth as I would like. But it looks great! This SUV is a head turner and will standout. Just don't be afraid to spend money if you need to. Luxury SUVs are like women. They need money and love. Give them that and they will be around for a while.

Was a great experience! I’ve never bought a car from out of state before however, Spencer was knowledgeable and informative without high pressure. I’ve got a couple thousand miles on it now and everything is fine. All works good it’s exactly the car I wanted.

This Escalade is much better and refined more than the five previous we have owned. We would recommend this as high quality luxury car above others in the price range

My experience was dealing with Lance Easley. He is a great guy to go to if you need to make it happen. Lance's sales approach comes with broad product knowledge and a desire to see the buyer get their favorite options and configurations. If you want to take a shot at a Lincoln, I would say you are on the right track (I came from a very high end german ride and am over the moon with the Navigator). We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

Great mileage plus luxury. Minus the start/stop for engine (kills life of starter). Comfortable seats with heating elements for cold winter start up. I love the service from the dealership the caddy app is pretty cool

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

I recently purchased a 2010 mustang from Indy Motors and I am very pleased with the vehicle and the dealership personnel. I got the car at a good price and Daniel, Alex and Jessica were very helpful. The price was very reasonable, in fact I think I got a really good deal. My only concern I had is that all though they did offer a 2 year warranty (that I declined) when I got the car back to Ohio I had it throughly examined and there were some issues with the brakes. The front rotors needed replaced and one caliber on the back was bad. I did tell them about it but they didn’t offer to help pay for a little of the repairs. I didn’t expect them to pay for it all but it would have been nice if they would’ve offered to maybe pick up 10% or so of the cost. I still highly recommend them. They have all of the foundational elements of a good dealership. Nice cars for a reasonable price that are sold by a helpful staff that is willing to work with you to get you a vehicle that you love. 4 and half stars any day of the week. I’m big on loyalty and I will definitely check their inventory when I’m in the market for another vehicle

I purchased a used 2021 model Sport and after being very impressed sold it in order to get a 2022 Sport with Super Cruise, which I absolutely love. I love all of the new technology, with the exception of Apple Car Play. I had a 2016 prior to this generation and was surprised that the gas mileage is actually better on the newer one. The ride is the best ever.

This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.
