We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

my experience here was great. my sales person Matt Waters could not have been better. He made the entire experience efficient. The finance team was ok even though I had to go back in to sign the paperwork but it was still a great experience overall. I love my MDX.

3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

I can not say enough about my experience at Long Cadillac. I was referred by a friend that has worked with Long over the past several years; his referral was nothing short of spot-on. The atmosphere at Long sets the gold standard for what every car dealership should strive for. My Sales Associate, Ron, greeted me with a smile and was eager to answer my questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. During our visit, we were also warmly greeted by Tom, the Sales Manager, who solidified that we were truly in the right place. On the day of pick-up Ron remained in contact with me to ensure a seamless transition. When I arrived at the dealership he had the car ready and was excited to go over every inch of my new vehicle. Even after leaving Long, the experience hasn't ended. Ron has remained in contact with me to answer any additional questions and to ensure I?m completely satisfied. All any customer wants is to feel valued and listened to; Long Cadillac certainly drove those feelings home. This is the 3rd XT5 I have had and I think it is a great car for the money. perfect size with enough room for most everything you would need for trips or just around town.

While many dealerships say they really care about making customers happy, Albrecht CDJR is a gold standard dealership for customer satisfaction. They agreed to fix a problem with my Durango that was not their fault because it was an OEM issue. Stellantis should have issued a recall on my radio but they haven't yet. Making me happy was more important to them than pointing fingers, and they fixed the issue at no charge. They are the type of dealership that you can trust because they play the long game, and they really do want customers for life. It's too bad that there aren't more dealerships like them.

Like most people the thought of car shopping is just an anxiety ridden process. I can not say enough about the attention and focus they put on their customer buying experience. The communication was excellent as well as trying to meet my needs by asking the right questions and finding the right car. I scheduled with Jessica Aubin and the cars were ready and waiting. She knew the cars inside and out and was able to answer all of my questions and if she did not know, she went to ask- she didn't try to xx stuff by me. Stacie the GM was fantastic and Chris in finance was so patient with my, no less than a million questions on warranties etc. I never once felt pressured or treated like a bother. Not every dealership can say this. I had some bad experiences recently during this buying processes with other dealers and I wondered where the days went when the sales person not only wanted to sell you a car, but sell themselves and all the reasons to create a relationship with this dealer. Well I found it and I think you will too! I can't see my family going anywhere else in the future. Thanks again for showing that customer service still exists!

The XT5 has met all of our expectations in handling, performance and comfort. The 3.6 engine has excellent mileage and power. Interior is very comfortable and stylish. The XT5 appearance does distinguish itself from a lot of SUV's out there. I bought vehicle from a lease return and it looks like it belongs on the show room floor

No issues and it is much better than electric cars. Safer and much less expensive to own. Also much more convenient for normal driving .Not weekly range anxiety as I had when I owned an electric car. Never buy electric again.

We recently downsized from an Escalade to our XT6 Sport with Platinum, Technology, and Driver Assist packages. It is the perfect balance of luxury and sport and is a great family vehicle while still being fun to drive. The gas mileage is definitely an improvement and the ride is smooth. I love the panoramic sunroof and suede upgrade, my husband loves the fancy brakes. Our youngest son is 6’5” and I wasn’t sure he’d fit in anything other than a full size SUV back seat though he does fit fine. Highly recommend this for family or fun! While I prefer the luxury look on the Escalade, the sport package is more aesthetically pleasing to me on the XT6.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had in my life. I recently purchased a 2017 M3 from Foley Motorsports, which is my 14th vehicle purchase. Foley was able to give me a great deal on their vehicle, and gave me a very fair offer for my trade. I was able to negotiate, purchase, sign and take delivery all on the same day! I was literally in and out in an hour (mind you its a pandemic so things certainly aren't AS busy as usual...) I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle at the AutoMax in Framingham. The best car I have driven in many many years. I feel very safe in this vehicle. I love the power it has without hesitation. The info tainment is easy to learn and fun, and I love love love the Bose speakers and the ride is so smoooooth, like floating on a cloud, just watch your front in when a huge dip is in front of you the front end is low. I was also impressed with the lock out lug nuts, which was a total surprize to me but what an awesome thing to be on a vehicle, im impressed. The moon roof makes you feel as tho you really are on a cloud and you can touch the stars. Everyone remember no car is perfect but this one is at the Top of the list of vehicles to own. I have driven a lot of new vehicles of all shapes and sizes all basic and luxury and premiums, but nothing compares to my XT6 sport addition the red brake pads stand out ladies so if your driving one of these you will get a lot of attention from gentlemen. Only draw back is it depreciates in value way too much to fast and the insurance is high but it is all worth it to know you are in a safe zone while driving in all conditions. Drives fantastic in the rain. I bought the blue one and I couldn't go anywhere without some one complimenting me on my car. I have met a lot of people while owning my car but no proposals yet. Lol 😁 I really can't say enough about this car, it's like finally Cadillac made all my dreams come true and then some and they have won a life long customer. It’s really a pretty great car. For the price, the car is quite luxurious and well-made. I had a glitch or two when I first got it, but they were quickly resolved and have had no further problems over my first year of ownership. The car is smooth, quiet, very powerful and quick. I’ve been getting close to 3 miles per kilowatt hour over the long haul using the regenerative braking system. There is a little adjustment to drive an EV over a gas engine car, but the advantages are easily stated such as the smooth power and low maintenance required. The lower range is an issue for long trips, but if you’re not in a real hurry, the stops to charge can be quite pleasant. That said, my wife and I usually use her hybrid Lexus when we go road tripping as it is just more comfortable as it is what we are used to. Kudos to Cadillac for a job well done.

We discussed with friends a solid American vehicle to serve as a daily driver and saw good bones with the distinctive exterior/interior design and technologically advanced XT4 Sport (20” wheels). The 2.0-liter turbocharged engine handles everyday driving and quick passing maneuvers without issue. The 9-speed automatic transmission is generally smooth but does seek the perfect gear, particularly in low-speed traffic. For many, the OEM setup may be just fine, however, we opted to “refine” a few of the Luxury & Sport options that the original owner passed on (we're the 2nd owners) and now enjoy climbing into the cockpit of this daily transporter! Just bought this car, it's very stylish, kind of small and boxy looking. The seats are very comfortable. Interior refinement is pretty good, it feels like a luxury car on the inside. Rides and handles okay but for the love of god it needs more power, I keep thinking how much better a car this could be with a V6. Oh well, I bought it, I'll have to live with it. I still like the car.

My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.
