Road noise is loud, Water leak in front passenger side during heavy rain or car wash. Engine noise that the tech can’t locate. The XT 5 is a very nice size SUV. For a high end vehicle the warranty should be better in length and milage..

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

I purchased a used 2021 model Sport and after being very impressed sold it in order to get a 2022 Sport with Super Cruise, which I absolutely love. I love all of the new technology, with the exception of Apple Car Play. I had a 2016 prior to this generation and was surprised that the gas mileage is actually better on the newer one. The ride is the best ever.

Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.

The XT5 was well maintained, inside and out. The ride is smooth. Up-to-date technology. I rode 324 mile road trip was with no problems. My family was impressed with the ride, interior and technology.

This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

In addition, I never found any reason to question the pricing on the purchase order; everything was straightforward and exactly as I had been told, which is incredible considering my previous experiences with dealerships, where I had to fight to keep extras from being added to my order. Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. Excellent ride, comfort, and superior durability. My vehicle is pristine and l love it. 40 years old, over 25 brand new purchases and this one is still a daily driver!!!

The interior is like a space ship! The interior leather is just the color I was looking for. It is so smooth riding and quiet!

Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

Excellent handling, very maneuverable, very tight turning radius, decent fuel economy, great infotainment system and navigation, great paint job, very comfortable seats. Very satisfied with my XT5.

I am so grateful to have a new 2025 Kia Sorento Plug-In Hybrid. I had originally went in February, but did not come away with a deal. Lila has consistently reached out to me asking if I was interested and provided many different options to get me at the price point that I wanted. It was not easy, but we made it to the end goal. My recent purchase of my Range Rover was fantastic! My husband and I did some research online and found what we believed to be our new car. The XT5 has met all of our expectations in handling, performance and comfort. The 3.6 engine has excellent mileage and power. Interior is very comfortable and stylish.
