After 2 days they gave us a car to drive. Has to figure out what was wrong, order parts. Had the car Monday morning to Friday afternoon. New car only have had since April. Were told it would be clean and have fuel in it. Was clean but told ???you will have to get gas!??? Fuel light was on when I got in. Was not happy at all with the overall way thru handled the situation!!!!
I have had bad experiences at dealerships in the past and have stayed away from them but my experience here was completely different. The salesperson Don was a very honest and straight forward Salesman. I can definitely tell he has been doing this awhile. I also bought an extended warranty and so glad I did with the high cost of parts and labor anymore. It gives a person peace of mind. I would highly recommend Northtowne Motors in Defiance. Will buy from them again in the future.
I really like this dealership from the friendly no pressure salesman to the service dept. that bends over backward to explain whatever service I am getting and keep me up to date when they will be finished. They also wash and vacuum the vehicle for me.
I just went in for an oil change. Going to this dealership takes a bit longer than going to a drive-thru, but the car gets examined for potential issues which takes the guesswork out of maintaining your car and they wash the car!
Mo Zareef was a great sales consultant. Super calm during negotiations, explained everything well. No high pressure sales. We had been to the dealership several times before just browsing and never felt pressured into anything. Mo really went above and beyond, even explained delivery of the vehicle. Couldn’t recommend Lexus of Toledo more based on this experience. If you’re looking for a great no BS experience, go see Mo.
