The Luxury and comfort leveli is not the same that. people got from the early 2000's and earlier models.Disappointing and makes you wonder why you are paying an upcharge over a basic gm or chevrolet of same size just for the name

3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

I am shocked with all these negative reviews. I"ve had mine 3 years and no issues. Kids love it, it's got so much room it's ruined other cars for me. This car gives you everything and more than a Range Rover offers, I know this for a fact because my Fiance drives one. Great functional car.

First of all, I purchased the XT5 Sport AWD with the Platinum package, sticker $69,530. Truthfully, this is a fine ride, and a pleasure to drive. Everything is at your fingertips and easy to use. A couple of items I miss would be the floating high beams that come with intellibeams, the accent lighting in the interior was a nice feature. My final complaint, not enough USB ports. It could use a couple on the dash just below the radio.

I had a great experience with Brian and Moe. I had enough time with the vehicle I wanted to purchase, they answered my questions and explained characteristics of the vehicle that I needed to know but did not realize to ask. Everyone was friendly and attentive.

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. Excellent ride, comfort, and superior durability. My vehicle is pristine and l love it. 40 years old, over 25 brand new purchases and this one is still a daily driver!!!

I have had this 2019 Cadillac xt4 for 6 years… during the 4th year someone hit me… the 5 years someone hit me… then I started having issues… I argued with the people at Larson Cadillac about my warranty and the didn’t one to honor it because I had 1 oil change somewhere else besides Cadillac… but I put my attorney on them and got my warranty granted…now it been about 8 months later now my check engine light is back on saying engine speed reduced… so I don’t know what’s the problem…

Love the place , wish it had a waiting room for repairs but overall all it was great. Wait time was ok but needs a little work.

My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

This is the 3rd XT5 I have had and I think it is a great car for the money. perfect size with enough room for most everything you would need for trips or just around town.

Tyler provided the smoothest purchase process I have experienced. Not only was respectful, listened to me without interuption, and made me feel very comfortable as if I have known him a very long time. When I talked to Tyler before going to the dealership, and let him know what I was looking for, he had a vehicle ready for me to look at and test drive. After the test drive Tyler showed me the vehicles features, explaining them one by one and while he was explaining I realized this was the vehicle I was looking for. We went back to his office, completed the paperwork and I drove off. I was suprised the purchase only took a few hours compared to past purchased that took all day to make. Absolutely love this SUV. beautiful in every way. after 88k miles there are only 2 negative things i can possibly say 1) the auto-braking feature while backing up will give you whiplash if somebody walks the vehicle but its a good thing just very violent. 2) she is the biggest thing on the road that you dont need a special license for which makes my wife terrified to drive it. she has definitely become a passenger princess in it which i kinda dont mind because i get to enjoy the joy of driving it all to myself.
