Bought a 2022 Honda Civic Sport for my nephew. It was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. My nephew totaled his 2020 Hyundai Kona and said he’d like a Honda Civic. I had the pleasure of working with Rob Agee who couldn’t be more helpful or nice along with his manager Shelly. Rob has been with this dealership since 2009 and Shelly for 32 years. I own a funeral home and have purchased numerous cars through the years and never have I had this level of service. Lockhart Cadillac needs to take note. I let them know that I wanted to purchase a car for my nephews Christmas present. When we picked up the car, they had it in the show room with a big green bow on it. Made my nephew feel important and really rolled out the red carpet for us. They are first class people who know their product. In all the years I’ve bought Cadillacs, I rarely find the same salesperson when I go back. Ed Martin must take care of their people as Rob and Shelly both have many years at this dealership. We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

Previously I had a GM Blazer that was the worst car I’ve ever hard. So I was afraid to buy another GM car. But this 2018 XT5 should be on some kind of special 10 out of 10 list. I found this car on a Cadillac dealer’s lot with only 700 miles on it. I guess I got lucky because in 8 years I had a small AC issue and nothing else! It handles incredibly and never seems to have any issues! I can only hope it continues for another 8 years. It is great!

This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

Absolutely love it. Got the bigger motor and not sorry! Comfortable as ever. Nice sound system and lots of “tech”. Pretty interior and love the exterior paint!

For the past 37+ years I have driven Cadillacs purchased from Lockhart! ALL SERVICE WORK has been performed at Lockhart, as well. I have always been pleased and continue to return to Lockhart for a car purchase and all service work! However, the last BATTERY I purchased from Lockhart failed after approx 11,000 miles and left me stranded last Friday. I expected better than 11,000 miles from a Lockhart purchase! I'm disappointed in the quality and performance of this battery!

First of all, I purchased the XT5 Sport AWD with the Platinum package, sticker $69,530. Truthfully, this is a fine ride, and a pleasure to drive. Everything is at your fingertips and easy to use. A couple of items I miss would be the floating high beams that come with intellibeams, the accent lighting in the interior was a nice feature. My final complaint, not enough USB ports. It could use a couple on the dash just below the radio.

Road noise is loud, Water leak in front passenger side during heavy rain or car wash. Engine noise that the tech can’t locate. The XT 5 is a very nice size SUV. For a high end vehicle the warranty should be better in length and milage..

We own two XT 5’s 2017 AWD and 2018 FWD. I can not recommend these vehicles more highly. Eight years with the 2017 and no major issues at all. Regular oil changes and have been diligent with manufacturing recommended services. The vehicle is comfortable, reliable and I am keeping it to the end. 78,500 miles by the way. The 2018 is 6 months old with me. I purchased it with 18,000 miles. Just finished having all fluids flushed, plugs changed out and some high quality tires on it, and look for to owning it for the long haul. I am very impressed with these vehicles. They feel solid in inclimate weather, handle exceptionally well and the fit and feel are top notch!

So glad we went into edmartin to trade our jeep in April we weren't sure about the 2010 Nissan Rogue we were eligible for since our credit and time on the job. Cory did the job for us got us approved and in a vehicle that's a lot better than the one we traded in. Our jeep we traded was old and had a lot needing done with it no ac and with two babies we needed one with ac. About after a month the compressor for the ac went out on the Nissan we got from the dealership. Was gonna cost almost $900 and we were gonna have to pay half and that definitely wasn't possible with all our bills and on one income with two babies to come up all the sudden with it. So I had some words with cory and the dealership and cory is paying half of our half out of his discount or commission not sure he just said he was gonna pay half of our part so we only had to come up with $200 . While it's being fixed he put me in a temporary vehicle so we had a vehicle to drive. This means a lot because we were upset about having the vehicle only a little over a month and it happening but now he has done all he could to make sure we were happy and he definitely did an awesome job. This truck does everything asked of it. It is a beast with the 6.2 engine and tows a 24 ft boat like it isn’t there. Plenty of storage for hauling with back sets down. Great for commuting!

Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

Presley Stewart did a fantastic job taking care of us as EV newbies and answering all our questions. And when there was additional follow-up paperwork, Todd Bourff went above and beyond to get the tedious work finished. We're very satisfied! Oh, they also graciously offered me a very face-saving value for my trade-in, which probably was only worth the gas in its tank.
