The vehicle was advertised online and was in excellent condition/looked brand new when arrived to VW of Marion. Sarah Lay and the rest of the crew there made the process quick and smooth; all while maintaining excellent, quality customer service. Also, Sarah Lay followed up with me on my purchase and checked to see if I was satisfied or had any needs. VW of Marion excelled in service, and would definitely recommend buying a car from them.

First oil change 2023 Chevy Blazer. Had my first oil change and a few questions for the service manager that checked me in. The young lady acknowledged the oil change and listened to my concerns with my vehicle, and the told me she would find an answer to my problem. 5 minutes in the waiting room and she came up to me and explained that she had an answer to my problem and explained it to me. When my car was delivered back to me she came out and showed me how to fix the problem I was having. I was very impressed with the thought, care and concern this person showed to me and my problem with my car. 5 star rating for her.

My wife and I had a great buying experience at Porter's, they really went above and beyond to make sure we drove away in that new truck! Chuck and Chase were so easy to work with as well. If you're in Southern Illinois definitely check them out!

They have gotten better with the customer service, just wish as a long time customer whom has purchased 7 vehicles in the last 10 years there could be some type of reward program to offset the cost of repairs. I feel like a new customer each time my husband and I buy a vehicle from this dealership.
