After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.

The sales rep, Corey was great to work with my truck was in for a repair with parts back ordered for months not the dealerships fault but Chevrolet?s fault they disappointed me however I looked at the new trucks and bought one. I love it. The dealership has been very good to me.

I have driven my 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring almost 9k miles and I am beyond happy with the car. The car is very smooth, comfortable, beautiful and economical. I do both city and freeway driving and so far, my MPG average is over 29 miles, getting about 580+ miles to a tank of gas! My 2025 Enclave drives so much better than the SUV I used to drive that had a V-6 engine and gets over 10 miles more per gallon of gas, on average. I have more than enough room when transporting family members and/or my (3) dogs. Everyone enjoys being a passenger in my Enclave.

I had a very good experience overall. The salesman I worked with was Michael. He found a used truck that fit my criteria. No one at the dealer was pushy and they worked with me on the price a little. Very satisfied.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

I researched a lot of 7-seater SUVs before deciding on a 1 year old Durango... we needed something that could haul our 5 kids and also double as a commuter car with good cargo space for my husband, who travels to construction job sites all over the place. We both love our RAM trucks (mine is the 2500 horse hauler), so Dodge was a natural choice for us, but we opted for the V6 model for better gas mileage than our Hemis. The Durango did not disappoint!! I've seen other reviews complaining about the power of the SXT... what do you honestly expect, people?! It's a 3-row SUV, a V6 simply can't put out the HP to move it like the Hellcat would (ohh, that one must be sweet!!). That being said, we're still pleased with the performance... which is impressive for a vehicle of this size. It still hauls @ss and handles like a dream, and we live on a ranch in the Rockies so good handling on mountain roads in all manner of nasty weather conditions is an absolute MUST for us. You can tell the Durango is modeled on the Challenger chassis so it's basically a race car of an SUV, even in the V6 model. Do yourself a favor and splurge on some d@mn good all-season tires like Michelin LTX for optimum performance in any road conditions. We've been very impressed with the fuel economy, it does well - even with my husband rallying up and down the mountain and dusting people left & right on his daily commute. Haha! That's one advantage over the V8 models, which guzzle gas as bad as our big RAM trucks. We even run it with the Eco Boost turned off, and often in Sport mode. One thing my husband's not fond of is the fact that there is only one special jack included... and no mounts for floor jacks or jack stands. A second jack from the dealer is almost $300. So husband spent some time in his metal shop to fab an adapter for a second scissor jack, so he could rotate tires and change the oil. It's a non issue if you take your car in for service, but if you're the type to wrench on your own vehicles, it's something to bear in mind. Interior design is nice... the only small beef I've got is the 2nd row seat backs fold down, but the whole seat doesn't fold up to more easily access the 3rd row. It's not an issue for our kids clambering over, but it could be awkward for an adult. So the little ones go in the back. Overall, we're really pleased with our Durango SXT - even for the base model, it's got enough whistles and bells to keep us happy, and an impressive performance to economy ratio. Definitely worth every penny of the purchase price, and it's a vehicle we'll keep for a very long time.

In 2015 purchased a CPO 2011 Civic EX-L, priced a bit higher than I preferred. Had no problems with the Civic. Had family members who lived nearby Lamacchia Honda and for many years (more than 40 year) never had any neighborly conflict. In 2022 bought a 2022 Civic Touring from Honda City of Liverpool, NY, the finance person tried to sell me 3rd party warranties and other services, but they would not honor to repair any damages themselves. Everything was roughly 250 to 1,100 miles away if I needed to obtain repair work from these 3rd party partners of Honda City and they refused to offer me Honda Care Extended Warranty. Called a Honda Dealer in Massachusetts and got a favorable Honda Care quote and purchased from them. I went to Honda City with appointment for the 6-month service as dropped off early morning, but they never touched it and had to come back the next day. Oil Change was not done, said had not reached 5K miles. Engine was making noise, said it was normal, had molding that the factory put on that was defective, told would not fix because it came from factory that way. For my 12-month service took to Lamacchia and they did everything I asked. Civic has a power steering recall, at Lamacchia was in and out in 35 minutes. Staff is nice, place is clean, and have not had any issues. Yes! Honda City seems to carry one or two higher trim levels that Lamacchia won't have in inventory, but Lamacchia has a much larger selection of lower trim levels. Example Honda City has 40 vehicles and Lamacchia has 160 vehicles. Honda City lacks that personal engagement to make you feel comfortable. At Lamacchia it feels more down to earth, and you get treated like a person. Go in with a good attitude, ought to leave with a good attitude. If not satisfied, how could have been done better. If the staff at Lamacchia Honda treated you unkind or unfairly, ask for Mr. Lamacchia and he will take care of matters so you can leave as a happy customer.

Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.

New tires, balance and alignment. Had battery and brakes checked. Both good and didn?t try to sell me something I didn?t need. Staff was excellent

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

The Luxury and comfort leveli is not the same that. people got from the early 2000's and earlier models.Disappointing and makes you wonder why you are paying an upcharge over a basic gm or chevrolet of same size just for the name

My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

After searching online for a new vehicle I decided to check into vehicles at Lamacchia Honda. LOVE this car, maybe a little biased since this is my 5th Forester, my 2nd Wilderness. My first Wilderness was totaled in a head-on collision when a young driver spilled coffee and veered into my lane and struck me head-on. That was my 1st Subaru Forester Wilderness and IT SAVED MY LIFE. Full curtain all-around airbag deployment with a roll, the Wilderness coming to rest on it's right side, me still strapped into seatbelt, and the Subaru automatic crash notification with a live person on the speakers asking me if I was ok and needed 911! Smoke still coming from the airbag deployments, and there is a live person coming over the speakers asking me if I'm ok. It was surreal. SUBARU FORESTER WILDERNESS SAVED MY LIFE! TYVM Subaru! LOVE this car! Gets 25+ MPG with conservative driving, a great ride and suspension, superior traction in mud and snow, load-out practically anything/rack bikes (or whatever on the roof racks), sleep in the back with ample room, superior rear-gate lift mechanism with memory, seats super-comfortable and easily adjustable, solid rear-seat leg-room, easy rear-seat fold-downs for massive cargo area that takes my full HVAC tool load-out for servicing ice baths all over the NorthEast US. A great value, especially CPO with +10K mileage (vs. new) MONEY WELL SPENT! SUBARU FOR LIFE

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

I've never been crazy about a dealership, but I'm a huge fan of this one. A mechanic here was able to find a problem several other shops could not. He continues to take great care of my car. I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

I am thoroughly pleased with the entire process and how smoothly it went! I highly recommend Zach to assist one in their car purchase - he was honest and went the extra mile to make sure everything was in order. I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

An excellent vehicle for the bat s..t crazy fast urban interstates that are all cracked and busted that I commute daily - soaks up road imperfections very well - excellent visibility quality fit and finish . surprisingly well equipped - fantastic safety + features and my first car with turning headlights and water proof seats- cool machine all around. highly recommend.

I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.
