I have purchased new and used cars before, from different dealerships all over the Atlanta area. A total of 10 counting this one. Plus 2 bikes, but I'm not counting those. I have had absolutely TERRIBLE experiences, and I have had okay experiences. This was, without a doubt the best of them. What made the difference- Sam Rangel. My wife shopped around online and found a van she wanted to look at, and it happened to be at the Hardy Superstore. She went by herself to check it out. She met Sam. Sam was the opposite of what many come to think of when they think of a used car salesman. Sam was very kind and helped her. He listened to her and genuinely desired to help her find what she was looking for. I know most good sales people are like that, but there are some that don't have a customer service quality to them, but Sam does. She never felt pressured. Sam made us feel like he was on our side of things- whether it was the vehicle, the negotiation, the financing, or whatever. He was our representative. I love looking at cars, and investigating them, but absolutely HATE haggling and the actual car buying part. Sitting and waiting forever, going back and forth. Then when you are done, you have to wait for the vehicle to be cleaned and gassed...ugh. Did I say I HATE car buying? So this time, I done the whole deal with Sam through text messaging! A first for me. Whenever I asked for something, Sam replied. Sam's manager, and Finance closer- Mitch Feraco made a great team. And he had the van ready so when we got there, we signed and drove away! So, if you find a vehicle at the Hardy Superstore, or need someone to help you find one, call Sam Rangel- you wont regret it. Tell Sam I sent you, he will take great care of you!

Johnny Streetman was a great help in getting my issue resolved. He made sure a technician was available to ride with me to assess the issue.

Motorpoint Roswell is a unique used car dealer. A great number of their vehicles are one-owner, very unusual for a small dealer. Alyque and Rich were great to work with, and took time to answer any and all questions. Good, honest hard-working guys who are definitely turning the perception of a used car dealer to a positive. I can't say enough about how amazing the folks at Lithia Springs Ford were and how great they treated me. I found my dream car online and when I inquired about it Donna reached out to me promptly to discuss it. I was a little nervous about negotiating the price of the car over the phone so I wanted to get my own financing. I spoke with the sales manager Mr. "Super" Mario Rencher and he was amazing and eased all of my doubts and fears. He assured me that he was going to take care of me and he certainly did. After finalizing the price range that I wanted for the car I decided just from the phone conversations from the 2 of them that they had earned my business. Great work van, smooth, lots of power, fully loaded with Bluetooth phone connectivity, cruise control, power mirrors, audio controls on steering wheel! 6.0 V8 engine, lots of room in the Cab and Cargo area! Good looking van!

Good little van for maintenance work. Wont haul all my tools, but enough to get most jobs done, including a 5x10 trailer on the back with no issues.

My experience wasn’t a happy one because I wasn’t able to ride out with the car I wanted but I did enjoy my time there. My sale agent Ryan and the manager was really cool and seemed helpful. After all my years buying cars this is the first place I wasn’t able to get the deal done but because they treated me so well I left with a smile. I Still have my fingers crossed on a call back saying they was able to get me in the car I wanted. I would recommend buying a car from them.

Karen was great, I would recommend her to anyone, she was very pleasent and knowledgeable of her job.

My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.
