All aspects: 1) Up front pricing & discounts. Our sales rep, Joe Meador, was especially knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to listen to our concerns & made every effort to assist. The best salesman I've ever worked with when purchasing a new vehicle. 2) Finance department had everything in order for the final 'signing' which went smoothly with little time required. 3) A feeling of assisting the customer to the fullest possible outcome exists the minute you walk in the door. Everyone was courteous and ready to make our experience the most pleasant. Since I'm only allowed a rating of 5, that is what was given. In actuality, the experience was more like a '10'.

This cargo van met all my needs, plenty room in the cargo area, reliable driving, nice rear view in the driver and passenger mirrors and very big windshield.

The paperwork took some time but now I see why. We are very happy with the car but a few issues came up....brake fluid was low causing the brake pedal too pulse. A quart too much engine oil. Windshield fluid was empty.

I was buying a pre owned vehicle. I bought a Dodge Ram regular cab. He also was completely honest, respectful, of my request. He said he would see what he could do. After talking it was clear that we could complete the sale. I have always purchased my vehicles from private owners. This is the first time I used a dealership. I have this dealership and Tray a five star rating. While I realize it is difficult to get it give a business a five star rating. It was easy to give them the best possible rating.
