In October 2020 I purchased my 2020 Ford Explorer ST at Koons Sterling Ford and have loved every minute of driving it. I've had it in for regular maintenance and recalls at the dealership but just recently on September 26, 2025, I had my best experience when I brought my Explorer in for a new battery. I had the pleasure of having Bradley Cadenas as my service rep and was very impressed with his professionalism and his outstanding product knowledge regarding my Ford Explorer. I wasn't aware of the FordPass reward points I had accumulated, and Bradley was very helpful in helping me manage these and applying them towards the cost of the new battery and related service work. If you’re in the market for a new Lincoln, your guy should be Michael Zeller at Sheehy Lincoln of Gaithersburg. I know what you’re probably thinking — that’s a long drive if you live in Southern Maryland — but trust me, it is absolutely worth it. From the moment my Lincoln was ordered, Michael stayed on top of everything and kept me updated every step of the way. Anytime I had a question, he responded immediately and kindly, never once making me feel like I had asked a silly question. He definitely doesn’t keep banker’s hours — I could text him anytime and he was always quick to respond. On top of that, he saved me a significant amount of money compared to every other quote I received for the exact same new Lincoln within about a 2.5-hour driving radius. The first time I’ve done a review of any kind. I bought a used f150 and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. My salesman was Richie and his assistant manager Deonta. I had a trade in and a price point goal in mind. We worked at it in a very relaxed way and we got close but couldn’t close the deal. I really liked the truck and when I arrived (unannounced) the truck was clean in and out to their credit. Needless to say I left and the next day I was actually at another dealership when Richie contacted me. We worked out a very fair deal(I came up a little and he dropped a little). I was three hours away a when I arrived the truck was completely detailed and a full tank of gas. (Who tops off the tank anymore,especially a truck). When we finished the paperwork and went to leave we were missing the passenger floor mat. (misplaced during the detailing I guess) They looked everywhere with no luck. They gave me a complete new set of floor mats. The manager (I don’t know his name) brought them to me and apologized for holding us up. These were absolutely great people to deal with and I hate the car buying thing but I would definitely feel comfortable buying from them in the future. My truck is a 2022 and it’s like new. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks guys, it was great working with you.

i love this car i can wait for ford to make the new transit connect if you take car of it and do all your recomeded service this car will go 200,000 + miles but if you dont take car of it you know what is going to happen
