Jonathan Blanco service manager at Mike Rezi Nissan was professional, friendly, and made sure my vehicle was in and out quickly for a routine service appt.

Nicolas, our service advisor, kept us up to date during the entire repair process and even sent us a video when the car was being inspected. He was great! We had to have new valve lifters and a new motor mount so the work on our car was pretty extensive. The work seems to have been done well, time will tell. Overall, we?re very happy with the Jim Ellis service department.
