I knew exactly what I wanted and did a internet search. I live about 130 miles away for Greene Ford. I found the truck at Greene Ford and did a online inquiry. Within minutes JASON VIEIRA was calling me with details of the truck. As it turned out it was what I was looking for. I had driven several trucks at local dealers and knew I wanted a Ford. I called JASON and said I would be in the next day after work to purchase. That happened to be his day off but he came in. We did all the paperwork over the phone. JASON had the truck full of fuel and thoroughly went over the options and features. I did not get there until almost closing but they were very accommodating and stayed well after closing to make sure I was happy. I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and my experience was mixed. Conner, the salesperson, was excellent. He was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable about the car. He took the time to thoroughly explain the vehicle and even went above and beyond by finding a charger adapter for me so I could charge the car. His customer service and professionalism were greatly appreciated and made the buying process on the sales side very smooth. Unfortunately, my experience in finance with Brian was extremely disappointing. When I declined add-ons such as GAP insurance and the extended warranty, his demeanor changed completely. He became belittling and spoke to me in a condescending manner. When I directly told him that his behavior was rude, he began slamming papers and a stapler, clearly trying to rush me out of the finance office. This was uncomfortable and unprofessional. In addition, the vehicle was not properly cleaned upon delivery. The interior seats and floor mats were visibly dirty, which was surprising for a newly purchased vehicle. I haven?t purchased a car in a while, and this experience showed me how much dealership culture has changed ? especially in finance. The overall purchase itself was relatively quick (about an hour, two hours max including a two-day process), but the behavior in finance and the condition of the car at delivery left a negative impression. Conner deserves recognition for his professionalism. However, the finance experience and vehicle cleanliness need serious improvement.

Took a Cargo Van and converted to a luxury van with seating for 10 - customizers out of Hagerstown MD. Added a Kenwood DDX9903S with a Tv 25" monitor in the back. It has front and rear camera and backup sensors.

Motorpoint Roswell is a unique used car dealer. A great number of their vehicles are one-owner, very unusual for a small dealer. Alyque and Rich were great to work with, and took time to answer any and all questions. Good, honest hard-working guys who are definitely turning the perception of a used car dealer to a positive. If you are looking for a CLEAN used vehicle, people who will shoot straight with you, then you MUST contact them!

Good little van for maintenance work. Wont haul all my tools, but enough to get most jobs done, including a 5x10 trailer on the back with no issues.
