My 2015 NV200 SV is my work van. I added a ladder rack with two ladders and a step ladder which had a big effect of the fuel economy (from about 25 mpg to 20 mpg). The paint and body panels are easily damaged so I strongly recommend adding a bra or 3M transparent film. Inside plastic is easily scratched. The seats are comfortable and the driver sits higher than the average mini van so visibility is better. The tires that Nissan puts on this van will wear out quickly so this van has the unfair reputation of going through tires fast which is not true. I replaced the cheap Goodyear Eagle Cargo Tires with Nokian WGR All Weather tires and the wear is normal after over 24,000 miles (Looks like they're good for at least another 24,000 miles). I noticed much better performance in snow and ice conditions after that. Cab heater is inadequate for cold weather regions and you have to keep it in "recirculation" below -10 to -15 degrees celcius. AC works OK in temperatures over 25 degrees Celsius. Parking is very easy in tight situations. Acceleration and handling are adequate but not fantastic (that's good enough for work). GPS Navigation is adequate but not super accurate. Engine and CV transmission still working well but wheels seem to need realignment at almost every service rotation. Only real problem I've had with this van were the power door lock actuators in weather below -1 degree Celsius. Dealer found that they were not adjusted properly and finally fixed it after three visits.

Additional treatments and service contracts can be a potential minefield. Mike did a good job of explaining the range of options and we ended up choosing the set that felt right for our situation. Walter has upgraded its post purchase treatment process, (paint sealant etc) and they make the it easy, with a guaranteed loaner and home pick up if you desire. We were called two days after our purchase to schedule our appointment in the next few weeks. They work on salary, not commission. There’s no haggling over price, but they include a substantial discount from MSRP. So we felt like we got a pretty good deal.

Great service on new car purchase and delivery. Salesman was helpful, patient, and found a car with just the features I wanted. Finance manager answered all my questions and got me a great financing plan. Service department arranged to have 3M door protectors added with lightning speed. Only tiny snag was that the inside windshield came with lots of nasty streaks and film that the detail team missed. Overall a great purchase experience at a convenient location.

We wanted to trade in our 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport GT in on something larger, and we already have a 2024 Outlander SEL that we purchased from White Bear Mitsubishi. Even though our car was in great condition, with only 21,000 miles, all of the dealerships gave us a low trade-in offer, (Toyota, Mazda, etc.) Carmax gave us a low offer to purchase. He came to us to evaluate the condition of our SUV, and gave us a check for thousands of dollars more than all of our other offers. terrible radio design, cannot toggle form am fm to sat radio, have to go thru all selections first, cannot go direct to bands. under powered, needs a large 6v turbo or a v8. armrests too narrow and too short for long trips. seat bottom too short, options too expensive and not enough packages. why is dark interior a high priced option, and not just a choice, needs led headlights, thicker front windshield got stone chips from small stones
