I found the Ford Transit Connect I'd been searching for at Integrity Ford in Paulding, Ohio. I contacted Rick Greear about it and was told that it was available and the price stated was the price (A very fair price I might add) and was non-negotiable. Since I live about a 6 hour drive away he agreed to hold the van for me for 3 days without any money down until I could arrange to make the trip to Paulding. When we arrived the van was waiting for our inspection and test drive. It was exactly as described and as depicted on the web site. We decided to complete the purchase which couldn't have been easier. I had never before bought a car without price negotiation but I think I got the best deal I have ever gotten at this non negotiating dealership in a small town in Northwestern Ohio. I would do it all again in a heartbeat. Thanks to Rick and the staff at Integrity Ford for a good deal and a great buying experience.

We purchased a used Ford F-150. Although the truck was a 2010, it was in like new condition. Josiah (Joe - sales) was a great help and had the truck waiting for us. Dennis (finance/sales)was extremely friendly and we enjoyed talking with him. We were in and out without a hitch. We drove 2 1/2 hours to get there but, the trip was well worth the time. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

This truck is great, especially if you're doing a lot of driving! It's comfortable and has all the features that a normal car would, but it's a work truck!

While visiting the dealership, Mike Swaney noticed my currrent car had a low tire. He stopped everything to drive my car around to the Service Department where they filled my tire at no cost. He then called a local tire repair business that could get me in immediately. He knew I was driving back to Columbus and was concerned for my safety. I bought this 2500 van I have found it to be a great Vehicle, the Power of the engine to the cabin controls, gas mileage is great for me haven't had long but plans on wearing it out or being my vehicle to drive.

First time pick up truck buyer but has meet all of my expectations. Almost a car like ride, decent mileage for the size and maintenance costs were no greater than a standard size car. Hauling capabilities and 4 wheel drive are a definite plus.
