This cargo van met all my needs, plenty room in the cargo area, reliable driving, nice rear view in the driver and passenger mirrors and very big windshield.

Austin did a quick and efficient job in getting my annual service done quickly as well as replacing the tires. Also, I thought I had left my laptop bag in the loaner car and both Austin and Jordan both went and checked for me and Jordan even checked the security cams to verify if I had left it at the dealer. Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

the experience with gebhardt bmw was one of the best I have ever had with a dealership I had some credit issues but Jc Mullen (salesman) was an amazing person to work with he worked his fingers to the bone and it took about a week and a half but he managed to get it done for me all through phone calls and text messages I live about 240 miles from them and could not just run over there and figure it out but Jc got it done when I got to the dealership to pick up my new ride Jc was waiting with a handshake and paperwork ready to sign I then went to the finance managers office to finalize the deal and when going over the numbers I noticed there was some numbers that were not what I was quoted (keep reading) the original quote was for $164 a month when I went to sign the paperwork the new monthly payment was $147.99 a month I wasn't complaining but did ask why and was told "well is that a bad thing " and we had a laugh as I said no not at all they had found me a better interest rate from when I got approved to when I got to the dealership like I said all in all one of the best dealings with a dealership I have ever had truly a standup place with great people to deal with

This van checked all the boxes for me. It drives great. It is easy to park and maneuver. It has great headroom and will make a fantastic class b rv for my adventures.

Quick response from Justin and appt set, car was ready for test drive, filled out application and was financed, only had one key, and when I left , key battery was low, had to stop and purchase a battery, was told need to order another key, some unknown codes where coming on, need to have checked. Finance manager was friendly and helpful. Because used Nissan at Ford Dealer, need to go to Nissan for key? Would have liked to have it included, was not told only one key until purchased. I need another key. Will probably cost and should have had 2 keys or have one ordered Auto Nation cost. Maybe gift card could help.

Great Nimble Van!!! Go out and get yourself one!!! A bit pricey for a new one, but very peppy and great turning radius. Will be used for an adventure vehicle for the family after the upfitting is completed.

I like the car. I really appreciate the sale person Something make me not happy is behind a small bumper. It keep coming off. It has a manufacture problem or I don't know what happened every time it comes off. So I did visit to Infinity dealer to explain what's going on. So I don't know what they did but they fix it. This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter
