I recently had my Ford Edge in for a recall and some service. As always I was very satisfied with my experience. Sierra went over my service history and helped me to identify what was due for my car. I especially appreciated that she helped to work my car in the next day when a needed part came in more quickly than expected. I will continue to bring my car in for service to Spitzer as I always have a good experience and have confidence in their service shop.

The gas motor is outstanding, features are amazing and very safe. The entire van is very well engineered for ease of use and great features.

She helped get my family in a car it deserved with affordable payments. I felt like part of the family while I was there and they went above and beyond to make sure it was fun for my kids too. Nothing but good things to say about the Ford Transit Connect Van. Easy to drive, great on gas mileage and extremely reliable. this has lots of room for our family of 6 plus tons of room for storage.

A little top heavy but very spacious and comfortable on the inside. It is much nicer than some other 12 passenger vans. Fits its our family needs

Love the room and the power. Hate the bouncy, bumpy ride. With no drink holders.seatbelts for the very back seat would tighten scary tight around a small child.

Interhet, front desk and salesmen Nick were awesome as well as the finance department . Great customer service. Very nice dealership and a quick and easy transaction/experience. In and out in little over an hour. Huebner beat everyone on my trade and also had a great deal on the Denali I bought. Only issues were 3 dents on the truck. One was disclosed on inspection. One was found during and I found one on the tailgate when I got it home. Hopefully they will not cost a lot to fix and maybe Huebner will help out on the repairs. Worth the trip and looks like they have a nice Subaru and Chevy inventory. 4.7 stars out of 5 ✨✨

Just purchased my second vehicle from Prime. Got it home and found it to have a transmission leak. Called the next day and they got it right in and fixed it without any hesitation or hidden cost. Was very apologetic that it happened. Used car is just that used. Felt that they were very fair with price, easy to work with, lots of cars, and on both car buying experiences they have been great. The last one they went well above and beyond what was expected. Will continue to buy all used cars from them in the future.

I bought this 2500 van I have found it to be a great Vehicle, the Power of the engine to the cabin controls, gas mileage is great for me haven't had long but plans on wearing it out or being my vehicle to drive.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! I met with Steve and I can’t say enough great things about him! He was very knowledgeable, HONEST & no pressure AT ALL! I had my eye on one of their SUV’s for a few days. I scheduled an appointment to test drive it & they had the car ready when we got there. They made a surprisingly GREAT offer on my trade which was MOST impressive! We were in and out in 3 hours! Every time I have bought a car from anywhere else I was there for the entire day! Steve was very clear about everything and made sure I was aware that all of their cars are sold “As Is”. He also recommended that I feel free to take it to my mechanic to inspect it if I chose. I would definitely recommend coming here. Steve was so pleasant and very genuinely honest about the entire trade/sale so I really felt like I was in good hands. As far as the “As Is” purchase, in my opinion, you are taking a chance anytime you buy a car. I have bought a brand new car before that was a lemon and the dealership was horrible at handling the situation. At least here you go into it without a false sense of security & without any pressure. This was a great experience working with the purchase of my Durango. I was looking for weeks at the Big dealerships they would not deal on trying to make a sale. This dealership was friendly and made you feel welcome

Very reliable but could use some improvements on the comfort . brake pedal is high so sitting in traffic can be a burden on your knees.
