Traveling down super slab 81 on Christmas day with Sprinter Navion motorhome. Water pump failed. Called them about 8:30, day after Christmas 2025. They sent a tow and had us in the shop in a couple hours, repaired it and had us back on road about 4:30. They were very accommodating to fit us into their schedule, saving us lots of time. On the 125 mile trip home from buying this used passenger van, it was pleasantly uneventful. Bonus...according to the onboard mpg display, when I arrived home, it shows 19.8mpg, with only me in it, cruise set at 70mph on highway, very little a/c used. Even if it is as optimistic as other OEM calculators I've noticed in past vehicles even 18mpg is not bad considering 6.0 V8, 9 Captain's chairs, full interior, carpet, etc. ~6200 lbs AND the first 50 miles, were in mountains and foothills!

Not a big fan of the navigation system but it does the job. And wish passenger bench seat would recline. Other than that it's a pleasure to drive. I put 24k and no problems whatsoever. Just routine oil change

I searched cars from cars.com and sent email to ask for availability of the car i interested in. Although i didn't get their answer, i drop by the shop after visiting two other dealershops. Overall, i satisfied with their services. I found the cars i interested in and had test drives. The dealer i met and the manager of the shop were very kind. After comparing other options, i visited the shop again next day. I had test drive again and finally purchased the car.

Excellently designed, Inside it has the right space for the right purpose. Outside it has a nice appearance. Safe while driving, but has a degree of uncertainty while backing up in parking lots. The gas fill up door is sensitive at the gas station attendants handling it. Preferably to be used on smooth roads. On rough roads its suspension is too rigid and also the transmission and engine oil pens are low at a high risk to be damaged.
