Chris Brannon and the guys at Alexander Ford was a great sales team. No hassle buying and very straight forward. Went to look at used trucks but came away with a new F150. Donohoo is a two hour drive for me, however, the drive was well worth making as the Donohoo team worked virtually with me on establishing the price parameters which beat their competition from other dealers. Once I arrived at the dealership, their established in/out process of paper work and financing was timely and efficient.

There was no high pressure- just good info and good prices. They really do mean it when they say there are no dealer add-on costs. Just tax and title. I would highly recommend this group to anyone.

I'm pleased with the way they worked with me. They had the vehicle that I was searching for and we had a no hassle decision. Their starting price was below what others had so I didn't need to negotiate the price even with the added fees. So far the vehicle is what I wanted.

I have only shopped online looking for one specific truck. I have been contacted to talk about wanting to buy. That person was so nice, laid back did not try to push something else on me. I received a follow up call letting me know they got in a Chevy Colorado but it had a manual transmission. They continue to look for what I want to buy but are not pushy they keep a watch out for the desires vehicle I'm interested in. Thanks, Lower Brother's.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.
