I was looking for a specific Ford Truck, a F350 Diesel. I found one on Cars.com that was at Interstate Ford. I live about 2 hours away from the dealership. I have bought a lot of vehicles in my life time but this was by far the easiest and most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had. I sent an email to the dealership around 1:45pm to inquire about a car, drove to the dealership at 5:00pm and drove home at 7:30pm that same day. 163014 miles on my pro master use it almost daily for about 4 years ! Gas tank is small I think it holds 21 gallons wish it was bigger . Very roomy in the back .

The sales staff was very friendly and helpful. They are not a high pressure sales team so I did not feel rushed in to a decision at any point during my visit there. They answered all of my questions and made sure that I was completely confident with them and the entire purchasing process.

Customer service was great service department was great the only complaint that I have is when I have an appointment for 1:30 and it is two and a half hours later when they get finished do not understand why it takes that long when you have an appointment

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

terrible radio design, cannot toggle form am fm to sat radio, have to go thru all selections first, cannot go direct to bands. under powered, needs a large 6v turbo or a v8. armrests too narrow and too short for long trips. seat bottom too short, options too expensive and not enough packages. why is dark interior a high priced option, and not just a choice, needs led headlights, thicker front windshield got stone chips from small stones

Great cargo van. the V6 engine is powerful. Drives smooth, quiet, comfortable. Good looking exterior. Cons: - Gas mileage too low: only 15MPG on hwy, 9MPG in city (not posted anywhere.) - No glass window on sliding door, which is really needed for right side view. - Dashboard is a little too high, while driver seat can't raise. - No exterior colors to choose, but white only, for NV1500 & 2500, like shown in brochure. Other than these, I like the van a lot after driving more than 1000 miles.

The staff here were great they were able to get my friend who needed a car bad into a decent car that was affordable and they really worked with him i would give 5 stars but he just got it so hasnt driven it much but seems do be in really good running order

This van checked all the boxes for me. It drives great. It is easy to park and maneuver. It has great headroom and will make a fantastic class b rv for my adventures.
