Everyone was friendly, courteous, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The facility itself was spotless, comfortable, and even offered excellent beverages while I waited — a very nice touch. To top it all off, they even washed my car before returning it, which I truly appreciated. Thank you for such an exceptional experience. Great Nimble Van!!! Go out and get yourself one!!! A bit pricey for a new one, but very peppy and great turning radius. Will be used for an adventure vehicle for the family after the upfitting is completed.

I love this van. It's like driving a space ship - very high visibility. I've had a recall on the side doors but Ford made it good. Be sure to keep up with the recalls. I wasn't aware of the side door recall since I bought it used so I paid out of my pocket for them - but Ford reimbursed me.
