I purchased my Subaru at DCH Subaru in Riverside, California. In addition to an excellent purchase experience, I have had excellent service from this dealership each time I've brought the car in for routine service. However, the last time I took my car in for service in January 2025, my service experience was more than excellent. My service representative, Noah, kept me informed of what was going on with my car, but went above and beyond my expectations. Not only was he courteous, but he was kind, patient, listened carefully to me, and helped me to resolve some car computer issues related to my vehicle's Navigation system. I also had a problem with connecting a new cell phone to the vehicle. If he could not resolve the problem himself, he called the appropriate tech and sales persons to help. Everything was resolved satisfactorily, but I want to take the time to applaud Noah. We often complain when something goes wrong, but not often enough recognize when a customer service representative does something right or above and beyond their jobs. Kudos to Noah at DCH Subaru and kudos to DCH Subaru for hiring such excellent staff!! Thank you to both.

We have six kids in this vehicle fits our family perfect. The gas mileage is better than you would expect. It definitely doesn’t ride like a luxury car. However why do you give up in some slight road noise you definitely make up for in convenience. It fits car seats well. And I’m 5 foot 11 and can easily move around inside.

That vehicle(2017 Silverado) was purchased for my business since purchasing a new truck was out of the question with all the dealerships mark ups. That first vehicle has been my work horse and thankfully it has performed as they said, no issues. When it came time to purchase another truck, I didn't think twice about visiting Don's before any other dealer since they handle good used quality trucks. I was able to get a great deal on a 2018 Silverado. Travis was so up front and transparent about the price and where the vehicle came from. There was a small concern with the vehicle's battery age, but he did not hesitate to swap out and make sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. Thanks again for the amazing service Travis. This van is great! Very easy to drive with minimal blind spots that are common in a van. It travels up and down the Pa. Turnpike with a breeze and little crosswind problems.
